The wine reveals its nobility with its long finish. This cava will live a very long time. 2012 Juvé y Camps "Brut Nature Reserva de la Familia" ( Macabeo & Xarel.lo) 48 Pale gold in color, this Cava has aromas of mature white peach, toasted bread and green tea. A fragrant cava with hints of lemon citrus and apricots. It is dry and crisp with red fruit flavors and a long lovely finish. 2010 Gramona Imperial "Gran Reserva" ( Macabeo & Xarel.lo ) 75 Beautiful balanced of sweet stone fruit with an assertive perfect acidity level, aromas of spices, floral, figs and ripe yellow fruit that displayed elegance of structure and superb lasting complexity finsih. 2009 Llopart Leopardi "Brut Gran Reserva" ( Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada & Chardonnay ) 80 Aromas of apple, pear, grass and green herbs are expansive. A forward, layered, sensuous palate delivers yeasty, toasty apple and pear flavors. On the finish, softness, depth and richness share space alongside acidity and length. 2008 Recaredo "Brut Nature Gran Reserva" ( Macabeo & Xarel.lo ) 90 Rich nose of lemon curd and peachy fruit, wool, maccadamia, bread and slight touch of Asian spice. Dry and balanced palate opening up to nice citrusy bitterness. opening up to nice citrusy bitterness. 2007 Gramona III Ilustros "Gran Reserva" ( Macabeo & Xarel.lo) 112 Powerful and vigorous well made that shows a lightly fruity, cherry-plums, quince, greenish yellow of hue, with lemony reflections that created a very complex and mature long finish of green apples. 2007 Agustí Torelló Mata "Kripta" ( Macabeo, Parellada & Xarel.lo) 200 The color is a bright-yellow, with plenty of toasty bread, brioche, yeast and smoke aromas, with fennel and aniseed notes intermixed with white fruit and sweet spice aromas. The palate has clean, pungent, delineated, sharp citric acidity, good balance and a long finish. 2001 Gramona "Enoteca Gran Reserva" ( Macabeo & Xarel.lo) 250 Golden with intense gold tones. On the nose, it shows great expressiveness and depth. Honeyed notes accompany the fruit (baked apple, louquats, dry figs). Candied orange peel, dried apricot. Conca del Riu Anoia In 1888, Manuel Raventós Doménech created a sparkling wine in Penedés When we created CAVA in 1872, we dreamed of a World Class sparkling wine. 2013 Finca Raventós "i Blanc L'Hereu" (Xarel-lo, Macabeo & Parellada) 44 Vibrant, mineral-laced lemon pith and quince aromas are complicated by chamomile, musky herbs, buttered toast and an exotic touch of roasted coffee. Spicy, focused and dry on the palate, offering energetic citrus and orchard fruit flavors that flesh out slowly. 2014 Finca Raventós "i Blanc Rosé de Nit" (Macabeu, Xarel.lo, Parellada & Monastrell) 56 2014 Finca Raventós "i Blanc Rosé de Nit 1.5 LT" (Macabeu, Xarel.lo, Parellada & Monastrell) 90 It offers up an expressive minerality along with notions of brioche, spring flowers, and white fruits. 2011 Finca Raventós "i Blanc de La Finca" 60 (Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir) Elegant, intense and very refined cava. A cava that will seduce you from the beginning with its very fresh notes of fruit. The creamy background provided by the ageing is felt all along the palate. 2008 Finca Raventós "Raventos i Blanc-Manuel Raventos" (Parellada & Xarel.lo) 120 The nose is very clean showing intensity aromas of green fruit (green apple & pear), It has a medium alcohol and a medium body with a delicate mousse, And has a lingering finish and a remarkable concentration of flavours in the finish. S P A R K L I N G C I D E R NV Poma Áurea (Apple Cider ) 48 This Sidra is made with a selection of indigenous apple varieties from the best local orchards. These apples were meticulously hand sorted and pressed using traditional old wooden presses. The must was then transferred to select old barrels where it underwent fermentation using indigenous yeast. Rioja 40 The combination of these three grapes provides us with a rose that captures its freshness, intensity and fruity character. A well balanced wine that offers perfect acidity, length and volume. Versatile in pairings with fish and white meats. 2014 Bodegas Bibatio "Bimai" (Txakoli) D.O. Getariako Txakolina 44 Shows a bit of spritz upon opening and it is surprisingly bright and refreshing, the yellow and green citrus fruit definitely shows ripeness and it's balanced out nicely. Nice unique flavor and there's a pleasant herbal quality to the wine. 2015 Mazacruz Blanco (Sauvignon Blanc & Verdejo) D.O. Castilla y León 44 This wine has delicate floral touches and notes of fruit. It has an excellent balance. It stands out for its personality and complexity with notes of grapefruit and green apple to provide a noticeable acidity of refreshing flavors, 2014 Hacienda de Arinzano (Chardonnay) D.O.P. Pago de Arinzano 55 This Chardonnay is a lively, expressive, fresh, very elegant and persistent. Intensive citrus notes with light toasty hints coconut, honey and dry fruits, like hazelnut and almonds. 2015 Rafael Palacios "Louro" (Godello & Treixadura ) D.O. Valdeorras 56 This predominately godello wine was named "Louro do Bolo" after the vineyard district that the grapes were sourced from. Attractive pale yellow colour. Beautifully balanced on the palate, fresh and vibrant, very intense and strong. 2015 Avancia JO (Godello) D.O. Valdeorras 60 Citrus into pear aromas. Very clean and crisp aromas. Mineral and shellfish Palate is a bit more robust, with an ashy and almond note.
