Chateau Le Joyeux, Gold Medal 2011 (France) 58 A blend of Cab. Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full bodied and silky with great aromatic complexity of black cherries, black currant, spices and a touch of fresh coffee. Light barrel aging gives maturity and a long finish.

Chateau Croix Mouton, Bordeaux Superieur 2008 (France) 68 Merlot and Carb Franc. Blend and 12 months in oak, full-bodied with an aroma of cherries, chocolate and violets. A must with steaks.
