Nga nr. 20/ 2013 (2014) vijon të dalë me të njëjtin emër, Studime, por tani me specializim vetëm në fushat e gjera filologjike. Kështu kanë vendosur organet përkatëse të Akademisë. Me propozim të Seksionit të Gjuhësisë dhe të Letërsisë u zgjodh Re- daksia e re me këtë përbërje: profesor dr. Victor Friedman, Universiteti i Chicago-s, profesore e asociuar dr. Teuta Abrashi, Universiteti i Prishtinës, akademik Mehmet Kraja, AShAK, akademik Eqrem Basha, AShAK (se- kretar i Redaksisë) dhe akademik Rexhep Ismajli, AShAK (Kryeredaktor). Në këtë mënyrë, duke përfshirë me 2/5 e anëtarëve të redaksisë specialistë që vijnë nga mjedise shkencore jashtë Akademisë, Seksioni dhe Kryesia e AShAK-ut kanë dashur të theksojnë se Redaksia e kësaj reviste është e hapur ndaj komunitetit shkencor në këto fusha jo vetëm për ndihmesa, por edhe për vetë politikën e Redaksisë dhe përmbajtjen e revistës. Kjo përbërje e Redaksisë ka vendosur që në rubrikat e revistës të re- zervuara për botimin e materialeve me karakter studimor të sjellë nga ndih- mesat e ofruara materiale origjinale autoriale, ndërsa në rubrikat e tjera materiale të natyrës studimore, të informimit shkencor nga veprimtarria e Akademisë, siç janë tryezat, konferencat dhe diskutimet shkencore të organizuara nga ajo në fushat e filologjisë. Natyrisht, përfshihet aty dhe rubrika e kritikave, recensioneve dhe shënimeve të ndryshme. Të gjitha punimet studimore i shtrohen recensionimit me shkrim. Recensionet janë të natyrës konfidenciale dhe ruhen në arkivin e Redak- sisë. Për ndihmesat e tjera, si Përvjetorët, materialet e veprimtarive shken- core, kritikat e recensionet, informatat, vendos vetë Redaksia. Për materialet e këtij numri, të trashëguara nga Redaksia e përbashkët, është kërkuar mendimi i anëtarëve të Redaksisë, natyrisht, për fushën përkatëse, dhe është kërkuar konsultimi i bashkëpunëtorrëve të Redaksisë dhe të Seksionit të Gjuhësisë dhe të Letërsisë të AShAK-ut. Për materialet studimore që do të botohen në vëllimet e revistës Stu- dime, si dhe deri tash, nga bashkëpunëtorët e saj aktualë dhe potencialë Redaksia kërkon që, kur të dërgojnë materiale për shqyrtim, t’u përmbahen rregullave vijuese: 6 Studime 20 - materialet të jenë rezultat i studimeve origjinale vetanake; - të mos e kalojnë vëllimin prej 8 faqesh A4, me margjina 2 cm, 2 cm, 2 cm, me font Times New Roman 12, normal; - të kenë një Abstrakt në fillim dhe një listë deri në 10 fjalë çelës; - të kenë një rezyme në fund; - teksti themelor mund të jetë në gjuhën shqipe, ose në një prej gju- hëve me qarkullim ndërkombëtar (anglisht, frëngjisht, gjermanisht). Tek- stet e hartuara shqip duhet të kenë një rezyme në një prej gjuhëve të cekura me qarkullim ndërkombëtar, ndërsa tekstet e hartuara në gjuhë të tjera duhet të kenë rezyme në gjuhën shqipe; - materialet e dorëzuara duhet të jenë të radhitura në Word dhe të mos kenë asfarë formatimi; skicat duhet të dorëzohen në formën e radhitur të zakonshme për Word, por Redaksisë duhet t’i dorëzohet edhe një ver- sion me format pdf; - nëse ka shenja të veçanta, përveç versionit pdf, Redaksisë duhet t’i dërgohen edhe referencat për fontet përkatëse, ose vetë fontet. Redaksia konsideron se, meqenëse është ruajtur emri i revistës, në të ardhmen duhet të ruhet edhe referimi numerik i saj. Ndërkohë, mbi bazë të propozimit të Seksionit të Shkencave Sho- qërore, Kryesia e AShAK-ut ka vendosur të botohet dhe revista Studime shoqërore, e cila do të ketë redaksi të veçantë. Redaksia e revistës Studime. Studime 20 7 EDITORIAL NOTE Since its first issue, No.1/1994 (published in 1995), to the issue No.19/2012 (spring 2013), the academic journal Studime dealt with subject matters covered by the sections of the linguistics, literature, humanities, and arts. Starting from the issue No.20 (1)/2013 (spring 2014), the journal will continue coming out with the same name, but it will be dealing exclusively with specialized topics pertaining to philological studies. This has been decided by the competent bodies of the Kosova Academy of Sciences and Arts (AShAK). Proposed by the Section of Linguistics and Literature, a new Editorial Board has been elected, comprising: Prof Dr. Victor Fried- man, University of Chicago; Associate Professor Dr. Teuta Abrashi, University of Prishtina; Academician Mehmet Kraja, AShAK; Aca- demician Eqrem Basha, AShAK (Editorial Board secretary); and Aca- demician Rexhep Ismajli, AShAK (Editor-in-Chief). By applying a representation quota of two-thirds of the editorial board's members being specialists from the academic community outside the AShAK, the Linguistics and Literature Section and the ASHAK Presidency wished to emphasize that the journal's editorial board is open to a broader community of scholars who can be part of the journal not only with their contributing papers but also be part the Editorial Board's policies and the contents of the journal. This composition of the Editorial Board has decided that as of this issue of journal, the rubrics reserved to the publication of research work will be used for publishing original texts by authors. Other rubrics will include papers related to the research and other activities of Academy's activities, namely, round-table discussions, conferences, and academic debates from the field of philological studies. In addition, there will also be rubrics of critical analyses, reviews, and miscellaneous notes. All papers will be subject to written recension/reviewing. Rece- nsions will be of a confidential nature and will be kept in the Editorial Board's archive. The Editorial Board will decide on the publication of other texts, such as anniversaries/obituaries, reports on scientific acti- vities, critiques, recensions, and news feeds. Associates of the Editorial Board and the AShAK's Linguistics and Literature Section have been consulted with regard to the materials published in this issue of the journal. 8 Studime 20 The Editorial Board wishes to advise the current and potential associates of Studime that, just like it has been the case so far, they are instructed to pursue the following rule when sending their papers for publication: - The papers should be based on the results of individual original research; - They should not exceed eight 8 A4 pages of 2x2 mm margins, written in 12pt normal New Times Roman font; - The papers should have an abstract at the head and a list of up to 10 keywords; - They should have a summary at the end; - The body text can be either in Albanian or in one of the inter- nationally-used languages (English, German, and French). The texts in Albanian should have as summary in one of the above-listed inter- national languages, while the texts are in one of the foreign languages should have a summary in Albanian; - The texts should be in plain Word format; charts should be submitted on normal Word format pages, but a copy in PDF format has to be attached as well; - In cases the texts contain special symbols, in addition to the PDF format, the references on respective fonts or the fonts codes should be submitted to the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board considers that since the name of the journal remains the same, its numeral references will be kept in the future as well. In the meantime, based on a proposal by the Social Sciences (humanities) Section, the AShAK Presidency has decided to start with the publication of another academic journal, Studime Shoqërore, with a separate editorial board. WILFRIED FIEDLER 10 Studime 20 Studime 20 11 Rexhep ISMAJLI NË TRADITËN E MADHE TË ALBANOLOGJISË GJERMANE Një nga albanologët më të njohur të kohës sonë, gjithsesi më i rëndësishmi në hapësirën gjuhë- sore gjermane të këtij gjysmëshe- kulli në kapërcyell, profesor dr. Wilfried Fiedler merret intensi- visht dhe me sukses të shënuar me studimet e gjuhës shqipe, të raporteve të saj me gjuhët e Ball- kanit dhe të kulturës shqiptare në përgjithësi. Profesor dr. Wilfried Fiedler me punën e tij të palodh- shme ka dhënë ndihmesë substan- ciale jo vetëm për studimet e gju- hës e për bashkëpunimin kulturor, po me këtë edhe për miqësinë midis po- pujve tanë. Nga fillimet e viteve ’60 ai nuk pushon së ushqyeri opinionin shken- cor me rezultate të hulumtimeve të veçanta për strukturën e gjuhës shqipe, për përdorimet dhe shtrirjen e saj, për shqipen standarde, duke i zgjeruar më tej këto vrojtime me vështrimet më të gjera ballkanistike. Me rezultatet e punës së tij, me intensitetin e preokupimeve albanistike, me përqendrimet në studimin e strukturës së shqipes së sotme, por pa lënë anash as thellimet në aspekte të veçanta diakronike, me ndihmesat për njohjen e kulturës dhe të letërsisë shqiptare në botën gjermane, me fjalorët shqip-gjermanisht e gjermanisht-shqip, me Gramatikën e madhe dhe risimtare në shumë aspek- te, me mësimdhënien e frytshme të shqipes për gjermanët, profesor dr.

    BIBLIOTECA SCIENTIFICA DELLʹACCADEMIA DELLE SCIENZE Fondata immediatamente dopo l’Accademia della Scienze, nel 1972, la Biblioteca Scientifica (BS), con una consistenza di circa 63.000 volumi, ha sede nell’ex palazzo di re Zog, nel centro della città di Tirana. Pur se nuova come istituzione, ha una notevole tradizione perché riunisce le collezioni librarie dell’ex Istituto degli Studi Albanesi (1940‐1944), poi Istituto di Scienze (1946‐1972), dove hanno svolto il loro lavoro scienziati che hanno segnato la storia della lingua albanese e dell’albanologia, come il prof. Xhuvani, il prof. Cabej, Padre Zef Valentini, il prof. Koliqi etc. L’Istituto degli Studi Albanesi si occupava di raccogliere e pubblicare qualsiasi documento, anche prodotta da stranieri, relativo ai diritti della nazione albanese e alle origini della sua cultura. In questo contesto, si inquadrano le opere ʺArchivio della letteratura albanese, lingua e etnologiaʺ, pubblicazioni di rilevante interesse di Milan Shuflaj, ʺLa lingua albanese e illirico” di Desider Izegh e così via. Inoltre l’Istituto degli Studi Albanesi ha raccolto lavori scientifici su varie materia, quali, la storia e folclore, gli studi sulla musica popolare albanese, sulla toponomastica albanese e sulla medicina popolare. Oggi la BS, oltre al materiale di cui sopra, ha implementato le proprie raccolte rivolgendosi a rilevanti settori di documentazione bibliografica moderna specializzata, secondo i canali di acquisizione canonici (acquisto, dono, scambio). La BS ha infatti istituito protocolli di scambio con una vasta gamma di biblioteche internazionali, e forse oggi (dopo la riforma organizzativa di 2007, che ha visto la separazione della biblioteca dell’Istituto di Lingua e Letteratura albanese) è proprio il canale degli scambi con le istituzioni internazionali che fornisce il canale privilegiato di incremento del posseduto.

    Emine SHABANI FIGURA E SKËNDERBEUT TE SHKRIMTARËT E RILINDJES UDC 821.133.1:929Skenderbeg Abstrakti: Pa dyshim se burimi i të gjitha informatave mbi jetën dhe bëmat e Skënderbeut është vepra e Barletit “Historia e jetës dhe bëmave të Skënderbeut, princit epirotas”. Shekulli XV ishte paralajmërues i shumë ndryshimeve historike dhe politike në hartën evropiane dhe ballkanike. Perandoria osmane e fuqizuar tashmë, kishte kohë që po përgatitej për ndërhyrje ambicioze ushtarake në tokat shqiptare, me theks të veçantë bregdetin e Shqipërisë, prej ku synonte të dilte në Romë. Këto ndërhyrje sollën ndryshime të dhimbshme për popullin e Arbrit në mesjetë. Marrja peng e djemve të Gjon Kastriotit ishte kthesa e fuqishme e fatit të Arbërisë drejt një rruge të kalvarit pesëshekullor deri në Pavarësi. Vepra e Marin Barletit reflekton ankthin, shpresën, krenarinë dhe pritjet e shqiptarëve dhe të tjerëve, për figurën e Skënderbeut si shpëtimtar. Historia e Skënderbeut, nga Barleti krijon përgjigje të thella universale ndaj veprës së tij, e vështruar nga aspekti antropologjik, kulturor dhe kombëtar, ai zbulon shqetësimet e zakonshme njerëzore e kombëtare, për mbrojtjen e tokës, gjuhës, kulturës dhe qenies shqiptare dhe jo vetëm. Libri pasqyron përvojën e jetës, vdekjes, rilindjes dhe triumfit të shpirtit shqiptar mbi ekspansionin turk në tokat arbërore. Skënderbeu është imazhi arketipor i gjithë shqiptarëve në vetëdijen turke dhe të tjerëve. Marrja peng e djemve, është gjithashtu ngjarje arketipore e të gjitha kohërave. Vepra e Barletit është burimi i vetëm i një historie rrënqethëse dhe krenare, e cila do të shpërndajë rrezet e një të vërtete historike dhe artistike për veprat e shumë autorëve shqiptarë dhe të huaj mbi bëmat e Skënderbeut.
