The main aim of this work is to clarify current status of the tribe Dorcadiini in Turkey. The work on Turkish Dorcadiini means to realize a study on about one third or one fourth of Turkish Cerambycidae fauna. As the same way, Turkish Dorcadiini is almost one second or one third of Dorcadiini in the whole world fauna. Turkish Dorcadiini is a very important group. This importance originated from their high endemism rate, and also their number of species. However, the information on all Turkish Dorcadiini is not enough. The first large work on Dorcadiini species was carried out by Ganglbauer (1884). He evaluated a total of 152 species of the genus Dorcadion and 13 species of the genus Neodorcadion. He gave 30 Dorcadion species and 4 Neodorcadion species for Turkey. Then, the number of Turkish Dorcadion species raised to 53 with 23 described species by Heyden (1894), Ganglbauer (1897), Jakovlev (1899), Daniel (1900, 1901), Pic (1895, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1905, 1931), Suvorov (1915), Plavilstshikov (1958).

This paper represents the contribution to the knowledge of the longhorn beetle (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) fauna of the City of Kragujevac (Central Serbia). Ba- sed on the material collected from 2010 to 2014 by authors, as well as on available litera- ture data, 66 species and 13 subspecies from five subfamilies were recorded, while the highest number of species is registered within the subfamilies Cerambycinae (26) and La- miinae (19). Four species are rarely found in Serbia: Vadonia moesiaca (Daniel & Daniel, 1891), Stictoleptura cordigera (Füsslins, 1775), S. erythroptera (Hagenbach, 1822), and Isotomus speciosus (Schneider, 1787). Subspecies Saphanus piceus ganglbaueri Branc- sik, 1886 is Balkan endemic. Six of recorded taxa [Cerambyx (Cerambyx ) cerdo cerdo Linnaeus, 1758, Morimus asper funereus (Mulsant, 1863), Agapanthia kirbyi (Gyllenhal, 1817), Cortodera flavimana flavimana (Waltl, 1838), Vadonia moesiaca and Saphanus piceus ganglbaueri ] are protected both nationally and internationally. The largest number of recorded taxa belong to Euro-Mediterranean (26) and Euro-Siberian (21) chorotypes. This suggests that both the habitats and climate in the City of Kragujevac and Central Serbia are increasingly assuming more sub-Mediterranean and subtropical features, primarily due to the negative human impact. The invertebrate fauna of the “Balabana” and “Dolna Topchiya” managed nature reserves is studied, with particular consideration to the ground beetles. The area of study is interesting from a biological point of view, as the Tundzha River constitutes a corridor of penetration of southern and thermophilic elements. On the other hand, the specifics of the territory predetermine the presence of many typically forest and some mountain species, as well as a lot of inhabitants of open biotopes, in particular – steppe forms. During the study, altogether 2041 specimens of carabid beetles belonging to 88 species are captured, as well as 76 other invertebrate species, some of which are with a conservation significance – new, endemic, rare, protected or endangered. Forty-six carabid species are reported for the first time for the Sakar-Tundzha region. Ground beetles are characterized and classified according to their zoogeographical belonging and the life forms they refer to. The study represents a synthesis about the distribution of the species from superfamily Chrysomeloidea in Dobruja (Dobrogea) region (South-eastern Romania). 407 species from 132 genera and 15 subfamilies are recorded, based on the published data and on the study of material preserved in the collections of the “Grigore Antipa” National Museum of Natural History (Bucharest) and the Institute of Biology Bucharest of the Romanian Academy. The species Lilioceris lilii (Scopoli), Oulema erichsonii (Suffrian), Euluperus cyaneus (Joannis) and Altica quercetorum quercetorum Foudras are mentioned for the first time in fauna of Dobrogea. Some endemic species are highlighted: Vadonia hirsuta (K. Daniel & J. Daniel), Dorcadion equestre transsilvanicum Ganglbauer, D. gashtarovi Sama, Dascălu & Pesarini, D. axillare Küster and Brachyta balcanica Hampe. Rosalia alpina alpina Linnaeus, Morimus asper funereus Mulsant and Cerambyx cerdo cerdo Linnaeus are protected species, included in the annexes of the Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and wild fauna and flora. Also, Brachyta balcanica Hampe, Pedostrangalia verticalis Germar and Neodorcadion exornatum (Frivaldsky von Frivald) are species of national interest requiring strict protection, listed in the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2007 on the regime of natural protected areas, the conservation of natural habitats, wild fauna and flora. This study aims to assess the abundance and diversity of Cerambycid beetles (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) in different types of habitats (urbanized, natural oak forest, herbaceous and mixed forest) of the Zselic region in Hungary. Beetles were collected by sweep netting and hand collecting. Species richness and diversity were analyzed for the different habitats. Temporal data also contributed to a better knowledge of the flight period and ecology of the captured species and specimens. A total of 69 species were identified during the sampling period (2009–2013). The period of adult flight activity was from the second week of May until the second week of June. Plagionotus arcuatus L., Dorcadion aethiops Scopoli and Strangalia melanura Fabricius were the most abundant species. The most diverse habitat type was mixed forest (Simpson Index= 0.9443; Shannon Index= 1.4373), and the least diverse one was the urbanized environment (Simpson Index= 0.4141; Shannon Index= 0.5111). The differences in diversity might be explained by the heterogeneity of potential host plants available in the different habitats. Correspondence and cluster analyses revealed that different habitats were associated with distinct beetle assemblages.

Узимајући у озир да су многе од њих штеточине у пољопривреди и шумарству, познавање врста присутних на територији Срије је неопходно како исмо знали које мере и треало да употреимо у њиховом сузијању. Током овог истраживања, од 2011. до 2013. сакупљено је 249 инсеката, од тога 54 врсте из 31 рода и пет потфамилија. Од ове 54 врсте три се налазе на списку заштићених врста по правилнику о проглашењу и заштити строго заштићених дивљих врста биљака, жи- вотиња и гљива (2010), а 17 на IUCN-овој листи са различитим степеном угрожености. Као директно штетне за шумарство наводи се више од 22% сакупљених врста. На две локације први пут су констатоване две врсте. Уочен је и до сада незаележен предатор врсте Strangalia melanura. CONTRIBUTION TO THE KNOWLEDGE ON LONGHORN BEETLES (COLEOPTERA, CERAMBYCIDAE) OF SERBIA, WITH REFERENCE TO PROTECTED SPECIES Abstract: Longhorn beetles (Cerambycidae) are a cosmopolitan family of insects, with over 20,000 described species. Considering that many of them are agricultural and forest pests, a wide knowledge of the species present on the territory of Serbia is required when selecting the most effective measures of their control. During this research, carried out from 2011 to 2013, 249 insects were collected. They belonged to 54 species from 31 genera, and 5 subfamilies. Out of these 54 species, 3 are on the list of protected species of the Rulebook on proclamation and protection of strictly protected wild species of plants, animals and fungi (2010), and 17 are on the IUCN red list with varying degrees of vulnerability.
