Does 1 Buddy Pass equal one roundtrip? No. Each leg constitutes 1 Buddy Pass
Where can I request a Buddy Pass? ID90- Anytime ($15 fee per leg) The Travel Department- 7-30 days prior to the departure What if my Buddy doesn’t get on. Do I What if my Buddy Pass has a layover. Do I lose the BP forever? need to use another BP? No. If you do it through ID90, it will If the layover is a published stop, then be automatically reimbursed to no additional BP’s will be used. If you are making your own layover, an your allotment. If you are additional BP will be used requesting a pass through the TD, then you will need to notify us that your buddy did not get on. 9
BUDDY PASSES F.A.Q. When do my Buddy Passes expire?? January 31st of every year. Your Buddy needs to use/travel before the expiration date for the pass to qualify.
I made my Buddy Pass reservation through ID90. Can you please refund/ cancel/ modify? If you processed your BP through ID90, you will need to call their customer support center. We cannot alter these reservations once booked

Not a Crew hotel- no problem! Give them a call and ask if they have a interline rate for industry employees. You might just get lucky!
Traveling on the early morning flights on Space Available is ALWAYS recommended.
