All of our white wines are sourced from our Dollarhide Estate Vineyard. To maintain the bright flavors for which our Sauvignon Blanc wine is known, we harvest the grapes at night, ferment only in stainless steel tanks and keep the wine chilled up to bottling.

This youthful Chardonnay is the product of a wonderful, warm, relatively dry, growing season that produced excellent flavors in the grapes. The fermentation process was completed entirely in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to enhance the natural flavors

Aswihith our Napa Estate SiSauvignon Blanc, our wikinemaker, Michael Scholz, uses stainless steel fermentation to showcase the fruit. For our vineyard designated Sauvignon Blanc, however, he ferments 19% of the blend in French oak to add complexity and depth.
