Tradition and Innovation since 1920. 12 Certified Napa Green Land & Winery • St. Supéry Estate was first certified Napa Green Land in 2008 and Napa Green Winery in 2013 • Napa Green is the only program that is: – Regulated at local, state, and federal levels. – Certified by independent, third party regulatory agencies. • Nappyya Green Land is renewed every 5 years. – Soil and water conservation. – Limited chemical use. – Restoration and reparation of water shed. – All of St Supéry Estate’s 1,550+ acres are certified Napa Green Land. • Napa Green Winery is renewed every 3 years. – Energy and water conservation . – Waste reduction, pollution prevention, and staff education. To maintain the bright flavors for which our Sauvignon Blanc wine is known, we harvest the grapes at night, ferment only in stainless steel tanks and keep the wine chilled up to bottling. Accolades : • 88 Points: Wine Enthusiast Tasting Notes: Green lime and grapefruit aromas bounce from the glass, accompanied by vibrant citrus notes of lemon zest and a faint note of caper. Tradition and Innovation since 1920. 16 2011 St. Supéry Napa Valley EECstate Cabernet S auvignon Rich and ripe, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of grapes from our two Napa Green Certified Vineyards - Dollarhide Estate in the northeast hills of Napa Valley and the Rutherford Estate that surrounds our winery. Vibrant, youthful aromas of blackberry, plum and raspberry mingle with notes of chocolate laced with hints of vanillin and toasted oak. Tasting Notes: Rich, vibrant purple and red hues present in this wine. Blackberry and ripe currant aromas combine with black pepper, anise, toasted oak and smoky roasted mocha.
