Look for road sign. Double apex R first, then 13th sign. Triple L then D. Arm over back Westwood Cottage r r 3 x L IMMEDIATELY.

SLIDE. Move R at 2nd white gateway (after white wall). Then D after traffic lights, change Douglas Road corner R in tarmac

Kirk Michael D l L Leave arm over seat back. Work left at Faie ny Cabal and Vicarage

Birkin's Bends M r r Push against back wheel for 2 rights. Second right, up on knees to use g-force to drop left.

Move left at 2nd right apex, Left for 1st apex only then D before JUMP at yellow cottage. L Get weight forward, shoulders level. Very quick corner - try rocking on knees.

Stay in the middle as long as possible. Work first left only then D . Wedge in tight BUMPY. Kerrowmoar L Watch for jump at pale yellow cottage on right. Arm over back until cottage.

Smooth tarmac, look for chimney, 3 x white walls incl balls on walls. Push into back Glen Tramman M-L wheel, then left and D.

BUMPY. Stay in middle as long as possible on approach

Churchtown / Conker fields l Rock left for K tree

Sky Hill / Pinfold Cottage L r 3 trees. Use right beforehand as clue. V BUMPY. Shoulder r on exit (smooth tarmac)

Milntown r Jump at road sign. Shoulder the right afterwards.

Blue railings & green / yellow bridge. Big left, then hand over back immediately - tarmac School House L change at bridge.

Parliament Square R l SLIDE. MOVE LATE. Fully work R, then rock left.

Cruickshanks/Mayhill R Bumpy. Get out at bridge. FULLY WORK. Pull into seat unit.

Wait for new smooth tarmac before moving left (look for road junction & phone box on Whitegates L RHS, Beaumont on LHS).

Stella Maris r Up on elbow: push into back wheel for as long as poss to help braking at hairpin.

MOVE LATE. Wait for 1st gear change before moving. Get in quick to keep weight on Hairpin L-M back wheel to help powering up the hill.

Arm over back immediately

V late up onto back for 1st right, work back end; more front end on second right it tightens Waterworks l - 2 x R up. Bumps on apex.

Tower Bends L, M-L Push into back wheel and then L twice.

Quick change from preceding L, pulling uphill against braking. Give front for R then M Gooseneck R weight on back
