Чине је четири рада: први представља наставак - други део рада ауторке Сање Стошић о утицају и импликацијама поменуте кризе на унутрашњу и спољну политику Србије, где се посебно указује на значај политичке културе Србије у процесу прилагођавања кризним ситуацијама и очувању националне безбедности; други рад представља правно-политичку анализу Дејтонског споразума (В. Станковић); трећи се бави питањем водног саобраћаја и стањем животне средине у целини (Д. Тодић); а четврти презентује и објашњава ставове грађана Србије по питању положаја жена на значајним друштвеним положајима (В. Арежина, Н. Спасојевић). У рубрици Огледи и студије налазе се четири разноврсна, информативна и веома занимљива чланка. Посебну пажњу заслужује теоријско-методолошки и садржајно веома утемељен чланак Дарија Кршића о хрватским митологемама у генерисању србофобије, у којем је аутор користио бројну, релевантну домаћу и страну литературу о овом значајном историјском и савременом геополитичком феномену. Позорност стручне јавности свакако заслужује и рад о списатељској и политичкој делатности Драгољуба Јовановића, те рад о либерализму као политичкој идеологији и пракси, као и чланак о вези између идеологије и криминала. Рубрику Међународне теме представљају три рада, од којих први расправља на тему енергетске политике Саудијске Арабије, тј. обновљивих извора енергије као детерминанте њене унутрашње и спољне политике у 21. веку, затим текст који се бави историјатом руског религиозног раскола, и трећи рад који покушава да одговори на питање могу ли Индија и Кина наћи заједнички интерес за свемир. На основу прeтпoстaвкe o међузависности и глобалне повезаности између држава које су директно повезане са актуелним кризама, у овом делу рада акценат је стављен на проучавање како унутрашње тако и спољне политике Србије у односу на утицај и импликације које је поменута криза изазвала у држави. Истовремено, на основу холистичког приступа и сагледавања одговора Србије на последице кризе, анализирана је стратегија одбране против пандемије од првог па до трећег таласа, али и политичка култура Србије као један од кључних фактора у изградњи стратешко-политичких пракси неопходних у процесу прилагођавања кризним ситуацијама и очувању националне безбедности. OБЕЛЕЖЈА СРПСКЕ ПОЛИТИЧКЕ КУЛТУРЕ И БОРБА СА КРИЗОМ КОРОНАВИРУСА Општа култура једног народа, као и његова политичка култура, неминовно зависе од његове традиције и социјализације. Традиција се формира преношењем колективних образаца идентификације, духа, обичаја, етоса и начина решавања проблема на појединце и, као таква, сачињена је од релативно непроменљивих културних образаца насталих као плод колективног искуства. Дати обрасци преносе се из генерације у генерацију различитим путевима социјализације, односно свесним и несвесним процесима учења и поистовећивања и кључни су за разумевање аутентичне политичке културе било ког народа, његовог духа, менталитета и етоса. У том смислу, сваки облик политичког понашања који није својствен главним обрасцима културно-политичке традиције осуђен је на пропаст, пре или касније (Матић 1998, 18-19).     7. Operations 7.1 Ground Operations The Exploration Systems Architecture Study (ESAS) team addressed the launch site integra- tion of the exploration systems. The team was fortunate to draw on expertise from members with historical and contemporary human space flight program experience including the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, Apollo Soyuz Test Project, Shuttle, and International Space Station (ISS) programs, as well as from members with ground operations experience reaching back to the Redstone, Jupiter, Pershing, and Titan launch vehicle programs. The team had a wealth of experience in both management and technical responsibilities and was able to draw on recent ground system concepts and other engineering products from the Orbital Space Plane (OSP) and Space Launch Initiative (SLI) programs, diverse X-vehicle projects, and leadership in NASA/Industry/Academia groups such as the Space Propulsion Synergy Team (SPST) and the Advanced Spaceport Technology Working Group (ASTWG). 7.1.1 Ground Operations Summary The physical and functional integration of the proposed exploration architecture elements will occur at the primary launch site at the NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC). In order to support the ESAS recommendation of the use of a Shuttle-derived Cargo Launch Vehicle (CaLV) and a separate Crew Launch Vehicle (CLV) for lunar missions and the use of a CLV for ISS missions, KSC’s Launch Complex 39 facilities and ground equipment were selected for conversion. Ground-up replacement of the pads, assembly, refurbishment, and/or process- ing facilities was determined to be too costly and time-consuming to design, build, outfit, activate, and certify in a timely manner to support initial test flights leading to an operational CEV/CLV system by 2011.

Reaching beyond the Earth’s surface has raised the issue of the importance of gravity for the de- velopment and the physiology of biological systems, while giving scientists the tools to study the mechanisms of response and adaptation to the microgravity environment. As life has evolved under the constant influence of gravity, gravity affects biological systems at a very fundamental level. Owing to limited access to spaceflight platforms, scientists rely heavily on on-ground facilities that reproduce, to a different extent, microgravity or its effects. However, the technical constraints of counterbalancing the gravitational force on Earth add complexity to data interpretation. In-flight experiments are also not without their challenges, including additional stressors, such as cosmic radi- ation and lack of convection. It is thus extremely important in Space biology to design experiments in a way that maximizes the scientific return and takes into consideration all the variables of the chosen setup, both on-ground or on orbit. This review provides a critical analysis of current ground-based and spaceflight facilities. In particular, the focus was given to experimental design to offer the reader the tools to select the appropriate setup and to appropriately interpret the results.     IAC-14-D2.8-A5.4.1 TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FOR NASA’s ASTEROID REDIRECT MISSION Dr. Christopher Moore National Aeronautics and Space Administration, USA [email protected] Abstract NASA is developing concepts for the Asteroid Redirect Mission (ARM), which would use a robotic spacecraft to capture a small near-Earth asteroid, or remove a boulder from the surface of a larger asteroid, and redirect it into a stable orbit around the moon. Astronauts launched aboard the Orion crew capsule and the Space Launch System rocket would rendezvous with the captured asteroid mass in lunar orbit, and collect samples for return to Earth. This mission will advance critical technologies needed for human exploration in cis-lunar space and beyond. The ARM could also demonstrate the initial capabilities for defending our planet against the threat of catastrophic asteroid impacts. NASA projects are maturing the technologies for enabling the ARM, which include high-power solar electric propulsion, asteroid capture systems, optical sensors for asteroid rendezvous and characterization, advanced space suits and EVA tools, and the utilization of asteroid resources. Many of the technologies being developed for the ARM may also have commercial applications such as satellite servicing and asteroid mining.
