GUIDED TOURS OF THE YAD VASHEM CAMPUS

Over the years, many monuments, statues, museums and memorial sites have been built within the Yad Vashem campus, which spreads over 50 acres. The guided tour will include a visit to different sites such

as the Avenue of the Righteous Among the Nations, the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising monument, the Children's Memorial and the Valley of the Communities. The tour incorporates history, art and personal

TOUR OF THE VALLEY OF THE COMMUNITIES AND THE GARDEN OF THE RIGHTEOUS AMONG THE NATIONS

Entering the Valley of the Communities, the visitor walks through a portal into the past. The tour, which is interwoven with stories from the towns and villages, Hassidic tales and evocative melodies, provides the visitor with a glimpse into the rich, dynamic and colorful prewar Jewish world destroyed in the Holocaust. Adjacent to the Valley is the Garden of the Righteous Among the Nations, in which we pay tribute to those courageous non-Jewish individuals who risked their lives to save during the Holocaust period. TOUR OF THE CONNECTING PATH AND MOUNT HERZL

The Connecting Path begins next to the entrance gate of Yad Vashem and ends by the memorial for the "Last of Kin", where it meets the Mount Herzl visitor route. The path connects 's two national memorial sites: Mount Herzl and Yad Vashem, which were both established during early years of the State.
