Our Meat
Horse
Horsemeat is low in fat, practically free of cholesterol and contains large amounts of iron in a form assimilable by our body. These characteristics make it ideal for slimming diets and for those suffe- ring from high cholesterol or low blood pressure.
Angus Argentino
The Angus cattle breed was born in Scotland from specimens from the counties of Aberdeen, Kincardine and Angus.These breeds date back over 1000 years. The standards of Angus certified meat were developed in 1978 to indicate particular levels of marbling, tenderness, age and color of the meat needed to obtain certification. The Angus is known for its marbling, or for the uniform spread of fat in the cut of meat. This particular characteristic makes the meat more tender, juicy and tasty.
Beef Ireland
Beef is listed as one of the best meats in the world, thanks to the quality of production, being considered a "grass" meat and therefo- re a precious source of iron, zinc, vitamin B and other essential fatty acids. In fact, thanks to the natural production, the Irish angus is less fat, compared to other meats and less caloric and richer in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, CLA, vitamin E, A and carotenoids. In addition, Ireland has a large extent of limestone, the largest in Europe and, as is known, the presence of limestone improves the nutritional properties of grazing grass.
Tbone steak
The Florentine steak is obtained by cutting the loin (the part corre- sponding to the lumbar vertebrae, the middle of the back from the tail side) of the bullock. It has in the middle the "T" shaped bone, in English it is called T-bone steak, with the fillet on one side and the sirloin on the other.
