In addition to the items already listed, the price of your menu includes: • choice of tableclothes and linen • complimentary standard floral centerpiece • personalised menu printing and printing of the table plan • special diets menu • parking at the hotel up to 30 cars • complimentary wardrobe service on request, for a minimum of 100 guests

All rates are considered for a minimum of 50 guests. Under this number the rate will change accordingly and a fee for the reserved area will be also charged.

The exact number of participants should be guaranteed 10 days before the event. Failure to do so, the original contracted number will be charged. In any case, Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo may be able to guarantee service up to 10% above the contracted guests number.
