1.1.- Why should I register?

It is required if you are making a group booking. In any case, for natural persons, is recommended. With your account you can:

 Consult the status of your purchases.  Modify your reservations as long as the payment for them has not yet been made.  Pay for your reservations.  Carry out the reprinting of the issue notes.

1.5.- When can I make my reservations?

The sale or reservation of tickets may only be made with a maximum of 90 days and a minimum of 24 hours.

1.6.- Getting an invoice of my purchase?

If you have not registered as user you cannot download the invoice. The bottom screen menu named “Invoicing” are valid only for purchases made at the ticket office.

If you are registered user, you can download invoices from your customer area.

Click “My reservations” section, select “My purchases”, locate the purchase and click “Invoice”.

3. BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR GROUPS

The groups will consist of a minimum of 9 persons, and there are four categories, Travel agencies, Official tourist guides, Educational groups and Cultural groups.

Common conditions for all groups are:

 The minimum number of persons for a group is 9. The maximum depends on the museum.

 Your registration will also allow accessing the private area of clients, identifying yourself with your user name and password. From this area you can: o Consult the status of your purchases. o Modify your reservations as long as the payment for them has not yet been made. o Pay for your reservations. o Carry out the reprinting of the issue notes.

 The assigned hour in the reservation of tickets is an estimate, asking you for the utmost punctuality in arriving at the box offices. In the case that the assigned hour for entry is passed for causes not attributed to Patrimonio Nacional, another entry time will be assigned if possible. If the capacity is complete, the refund of the amount of the entry paid will not be possible.

 On the day of the visit you must accredit the reservation.

 The groups shall take their own official guide to the visit. If not, Patrimonio Nacional does not guarantee the availability of a guide for the visit.

 For travel agencies and official tourist guides, the maximum date for making the payment of the reservation will be 48 hours before the visit. If it is not done, the reservation will be cancelled automatically

 Cultural and educational groups will can pay at the box office the day of the visit.

 The reservation and advance sale of tickets can only be done with a maximum of 90 days and a minimum of 48 hours.

 Only 8 reservations per use and day can be made.

3.1.- Reservation and tickets for official tourist guides

Particular conditions:

 The documentation that had permitted the acquisition of the Reduced and/or Free Tickets shall be presented at the entrance to the museum. In case of not being able to do so, the corresponding difference must be paid in the box offices.

 The free ticket can only be acquired along with a paying ticket (in a family group, at least one of the members must pay for a ticket).

 Once the payment is made for the total amount of the reservation, an issue note will be sent to you in PDF format as an attached file to the e-mail address that was provided.

3.3.- Reservation and tickets for Educational Groups

An Educational Group is considered: 2nd Cycle Pre-School, Primary, Secondary, Advanced Secondary, Professional Training, Universities, School-Workshops, Employment Workshops and Trade Schools.

Particular conditions:

 It is necessary to take the letter of presentation of the centre on the day of the visit

 Free 12 groups/day. Only EU and Latin American schools (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

 Payment can be made on the same day as the visit in the box offices.

 The groups shall have teachers, tutors or monitors. It is advisable that they have knowledge of the museum in order to explain it to the students.

 To those that had made the payment for the total amount of the purchase an issue note in PDF format will be sent as an attached file to the provided e-mail address. Those that only made the reservation will receive in their e-mail the confirmation thereof.

A Cultural Group is considered as: the Cultural Associations, Institutions, Foundations, Post-graduate Schools in Fine Arts.
