Delivery and Implementation 40 Harrow and Wealdstone Area Action Plan: Issues and Options Consultation Document 1 Introduction 1.1 The Harrow Core Strategy identifies the Harrow and Wealdstone Intensification Area as a focus for future growth and development within the Borough. The Intensification Area, shown in Figure 1, is recognised in the replacement London Plan and the Harrow Core Strategy as being a location that can accommodate change and has capacity to do so. However, such change must be managed in a clear and comprehensive manner. 1.2 As set out in the Core Strategy, the Intensification Area is not just about providing for new development and physical growth, it is also about regeneration and the realisation of the social benefits and improvements to the overall quality of place that new development can deliver. The Council and the Greater London Authority (GLA), in partnership with Homes and Communities Agency, Transport for London and the London Development Agency, are therefore preparing a joint Area Action Plan for the Intensification Area. The purpose of the Area Action Plan is to provide a detailed and pro-active policy framework to guide development, regeneration and investment decisions across the area over the next fifteen years and beyond. Picture 1.1 Boundary of the Harrow and Wealdstone Intensification Area 1.3 In respect of the boundary for the Intensification Area, this has already been confirmed through the Core Strategy.

OFFICIAL DIGITAL PROGRAMME FLEET TOWN v HANWELL TOWN SATURDAY 24th FEBRUARY 2018 – 3.00 P.M The Evo-Stik League South East Today’s Game is Sponsored by Easi –Leaflets http://easi-leaflets.com Tel 07792 139386 Matt Bunyan MOM & Scorer of 5 goals on Tuesday Night in our 8-1 . North Hants Cup win. Fleet Town Squad 2017/18 SPONSORED BY WELCOME FROM OUR JOINT MANAGER ANDY HUNT Good afternoon and welcome to The Franki Foundation s Stadium the home of Fleet Town Football Club. Today we are in action against Hanwell Town F.C in the Evo-Stik South East Division. I would particularly like to offer a warm welcome to the Hanwell Town FC, officials, supporters and ground hoppers. I hope you have an enjoyable stay with us today and a safe journey home. Tuesday night saw us get our first win of 2018.It was a fantastic one over Tadley Calleva Reserves in the North Hampshire Cup. Winning 8-1 after going a goal behind ! Although there is obviously a huge difference in levels between the two sides you never know how these games can go. We started brightly and created four or five good chances but couldn’t get the vital first goal. Then after 10 or 15 minutes Tadley had their first attack which came down the right, a deep cross was met at the back post with a bullet header to start the scoring. We carried on playing well and really dominated the whole game as we should have done. It was good to see players scoring, Bunners with five goals, T (Toyosi) with a great strike, Horse (Chris Wales) continuing with his best scoring season in 20 years and Danilo coming off the bench to score a good goal.
