Salah satu yang penting diterapkan adalah “Good Governance”, yaitu Pemerintah yang mengedepankan transparansi, partisipasi, serta akuntabilitas di semua lini kinerja. Buku berjudul “Kilas Balik Kehumasan 2020” salah satu wujud pengaplikasian “Good Governance” dari Biro Hubungan Masyarakat Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK), buku ini dengan sangat baik menyajikan transparansi informasi kinerja yang terukur dari tugas-tugas besar menjembatani hubungan KLHK dengan publik. Tentu muara yang ingin dicapai adalah terciptanya “public trust” atau kepercayaan publik atas kinerja KLHK mengelola sektor lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan di Indonesia. Penyajian isi buku ini sangat apik dengan nuansa kekinian, sehingga tidak membosankan dan menarik untuk dibaca. Penyajian data, angka, gambar dan tulisan dengan konsep tampilan infografis membuat informasi yang disajikan pada buku ini lebih cepat dipahami oleh pembacanya. Buku ini juga bisa menjadi acuan bagi unit-unit Eselon I KLHK lainnya dalam meningkatkan publikasi dan diseminasi kinerjanya ke depan agar masyarakat semakin mudah mengakses hasil kerja-kerja apa saja yang sudah dilakukan oleh kementerian ini. Sebagai sebuah unit organisasi yang harus selalu siap bekerja kapan saja tanpa mengenal waktu dan di mana saja tanpa melihat medan, saya mengapresiasi ditulisnya buku ini oleh Biro Hubungan Masyarakat. Tentu banyak sekali tugas-tugas kehumasan yang telah dituntaskan di tahun 2020 yang berjalan berat karena Pandemi Covid-19. Tulisan dan foto-foto dalam buku ini mengutarakan berbagai peristiwa atau kegiatan penting dalam tahun 2020. Sebagai sebuah seni dalam menciptakan pemahaman publik yang lebih baik, Humas juga dituntut mampu memperdalam kepercayaan publik terhadap suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Humas adalah serangkaian upaya terencana dan berkesinambungan menciptakan dan memelihara hubungan baik berlandaskan saling pengertian antara suatu organisasi dengan publik. Oleh karenanya, seni komunikasi diperlukan dalam pengelolaan Humas. Peran penting lain Humas adalah menciptakan citra baik organisasi. Humas dituntut untuk bisa menyampaikan kepada publik tentang program, kebijakan, dan capaian pembangunan lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan secara transparan dan akuntabel. Humas juga selalu menjaga hubungan harmonis dengan media massa dan stakeholder lainnya. Keberadaannya sebagai jembatan penghubung antara organisasi dengan publik, menjadikan Humas berperan penting dalam menganalisis respons publik atas kebijakan dan program yang dijalankan. Kami menyadari bahwa tidak semua kegiatan pembangunan lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan yang dijalankan dapat diliput dalam buku ini. Oleh karenanya, saran dan masukan konstruktif sangat kami harapkan. This study aims to analyze the role of Wasur Park National Park in increasing local people's income. The method by which researchers use a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques consist of library studies and field studies through observation, interviews. The process of data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion of the empowerment of the National Park Wasur Park Hall is counseling to the local community in the framework of the Empowerment Program of local Kampung Wasur Park. In the empowerment, Wasur Park National Park is coordinating with local governments to see the development of local community data. The real evidence of Wasur Park National Park through empowerment is the establishment of a rural forestry Counseling Center (SPKP). The establishment of a rural forestry Counseling Center (SPKP) in Wasur Village, implemented after the implementation of education and training of village studies in participatory. Furthermore, Wasur Park National Park Hall conducts construction. The construction is a construction of small industry of eucalyptus oil refining, the manufacture of salted fish, medicinal plants, and the cultivation of commercial crops.

Considerations ofthe establishment of national parks by the government were based on the conditions of native ecosystems and biodiversity conservation targets. Consideration was also as sociated with the development of recommendations made in the IUCN's World Park Congresses. It is a fact that some national parks were occupying some indigenous lands, such as Wasur National Park which occupied indigenous territories of Kanum, Marind-Kondo, Marori Men-gey and Yeinan Ethnics. These indigenous peoples have established natural resource management systems that were intimately associated with their traditions and beliefs. Discrepancy between government policies on conservation are as with the pattern of arrangement on indigenous peoples as owners of the area led to the emergence of conflict and marginalization of indigenous peoples’ rights. Realizing the error in the perspective of conservation area management related to indigenous peoples, in the 5th World Park Congress in Durban, South Africa in 200, a recommendation was agreed on the importance of collaboration in the equality and mutual benefit between parks’ managers with indigenous peoples, and positioning indigenous peoples' rightsasan important part in conservation area management system today and the future. When we hear about the establishment of a new national park or nature reserve we conservationists breathe a sigh of relief and assume that the biological and cultural values of another area are now secured. Unfortunately, this is not necessarily true. Protected areas that appear in government statistics and on maps are not always put in place on the ground. Many of those that do exist face a disheartening array of threats, ranging from the immediate impacts of poaching or illegal logging to subtle effects of air pollution or climate change.
