    FRENCH SYMPHONIES From the Nineteenth Century To The Present A Discography Of CDs And LPs Prepared by Michael Herman NICOLAS BACRI (b. 1961) Born in Paris. He began piano lessons at the age of seven and continued with the study of harmony, counterpoint, analysis and composition as a teenager with Françoise Gangloff-Levéchin, Christian Manen and Louis Saguer. He then entered the Paris Conservatory where he studied with a number of composers including Claude Ballif, Marius Constant, Serge Nigg, and Michel Philippot. He attended the French Academy in Rome and after returning to Paris, he worked as head of chamber music for Radio France. He has since concentrated on composing. He has composed orchestral, chamber, instrumental, vocal and choral works. His unrecorded Symphonies are: Nos. 1, Op. 11 (1983-4), 2, Op. 22 (1986-8), 3, Op. 33 "Sinfonia da Requiem" (1988-94) and 5 , Op. 55 "Concerto for Orchestra" (1996-7).There is also a Sinfonietta for String Orchestra, Op. 72 (2001) and a Sinfonia Concertante for Orchestra, Op. 83a (1995-96/rév.2006) . Astor nace con un defecto en su pie derecho que lo lleva a ser sometido a cuatro operaciones para corregirlo. Lo consiguen pero la pierna derecha le queda disminuida en dos centímetros. 1924- La familia Piazzolla se traslada ala ciudad de Nueva York y se instala en la calle 8 Saint Mark's Place, en un barrio bohemio, de artistas, músicos y pintores. Pertenece al distrito de Green-wich, considerado maldito por el frecuente accionar de las bandas de gangsters. Vicente Piazzolla, Nonino, consigue trabajo como peluquero. 1927- Astor es expulsado, por indisciplina de las dos primeras escuelas que concurre en Nueva York.

    Baltic Neopolis Virtuosi gathers the artistic potential of the Baltic Sea Region. Its goal is to present the most valuable phenomena and tendencies in Polish music. In 2017 the project included 5 concert tours during which the ensemble performed a series of concerts in six countries of the Baltic area: Poland, Norway, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany and Sweden. BNV concerts promote the music of Polish composers, both the prominent and well- known as well as talented young artists alongside music from the Baltic Sea Region for bigger chamber ensembles ranging from quintets to chamber orchestra. The ensemble consists of musicians of international renown sharing the passion of chamber music. It consists of members of Baltic Neopolis Orchestra and outstanding soloists such as Tomasz Tomaszewski, Deutsche Oper concertmaster; Emanuel Salvador – Baltic Neopolis Orchestra concertmaster; Emilia Goch Salvador – violist and founder and director of Baltic Neopolis Orchestra; Vitek Petrasek –Czech cellist, member of Epoque Quartet Prague, Paweł Jabłczyński – one of the most brilliant double bassist in Poland and Marcelo Nisinman, one of today's foremost bandoneon soloist, among others. BNV has been awarded grants by the Polish Ministry and National Heritage of Poland, Institute of Music and Dance and is co-financed by the City of Szczecin.     1 CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE BUENOS AIRES Período 136º 19 ASUNTOS ENTRADOS Entrados en la sesión del 11 de junio de 2008 COMUNICACIONES DEL HONORABLE SENADO 1.123 (E/116/08-09) Proyecto de ley en revisión, declarando de utilidad y sujetos a expropia- ción inmuebles ubicados en el partido de Quilmes, a nombre de Camilleri sociedad anónima, para ser transferidos a la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación, con el fin de ampliar la Escuela Media Nº 1. PROYECTO DE LEY El Senado y Cámara de Diputados, etc. Art. 1º - Decláranse de utilidad pública y sujetos a expropiación los inmuebles ubicados en el partido de Quilmes, identificados catastralmente como: circunscripción III, sección D, manzana 93, parcelas: 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 14 y 15 cuyos dominios se encuentran inscriptos en las matrículas: 61.613; 61.614, 61.615, 61.616, 61.617, 61.618, 61.619, 61.620 y 61.621 respectiva- mente, a nombre de Camilleri sociedad anónima y/o quien o quienes resulten ser sus legítimos propietarios. Art. 2º - Los inmuebles expropiados serán transferidos a la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación de la provincia de Buenos Aires con destino a la ampliación de la Escuela Media Nº 16 del partido de Quilmes. Art. 3º - Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a efectuar en el Presupuesto General de Gastos y Cálculo de Recursos para el ejercicio vigente las adecuaciones que resulten necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente ley. Art. 4º - Exceptúase a la presente ley especial de los alcances de la aplicación del artículo 47 de la Ley General de Expropiaciones 5.708, estable- ciendo en cinco años el plazo para considerar abandonada la expropiación de los bienes inmuebles identificados en el artículo 1º.

Abálsamo- CRÓNICAS DE TANGO Sus protagonistas, las anécdotas EL FENÓMENO PIAZZOLLA (Su trayectoria y su vida) A mi Boedo Nací el 6 de mayo de 1930 en el Barrio de Boedo, en un hogar humilde, como toda la gente que vivía en esa casa de la calle México 3271, que ya no existe, o en las otras a las que cada dos o tres años nos mudábamos, siempre en los alrededores, como era común por esos años. Crecí rodeado de tangos. En todo ese barrio vivían músicos, autores, compositores y cantores. Fui el primer argentino de la familia, porque recién cinco años después nació mi hermana Leonor. Mis viejos habían llegado de Italia unos 8 años antes de 1930 con dos hijos, un varón, Egidio, y una mujer, Julia, que ya no viven, y en mi niñez, en medio de las penurias de esa época, me apasionaron la música y las letras de los tangos, que oía cuando los cantaba mi mamá, mientras lavaba la ropa en la pileta del patio, o mi papá, cuando se afeitaba o le limpiaba la jaula a los canarios, o a través de las viejas radios, aunque por entonces no muchas familias las tenían. Así fue como empecé a escuchar que contaban vivencias de la gente del pueblo, que uno veía y vivía a diario, que formaban parte de la vida cotidiana. Por eso se pretende en esta obra resumir experiencias y recordar a todos los que, de una forma u otra, hicieron algo por el tango. Solamente me animó una pasión, que es lo que despierta el tango.
