Kansans for Health Freedom Program T H I S B O O K B E L O N G S T O : I F F O U N D , C O N T A C T I N F O . WELCOME! Welcome to the Freedom Revival in the Heartland event of 2020. We are so excited to have you here! I can assure you that getting this event off in only three weeks is a testament to the power of God working in a million big and little ways. It is also a testament to the talent, passion, and inspiration of some very dedicated and hard-working people. Today, we unite with all who are awake to the rising trend of medical tyranny. We join with those who have been silenced. We grieve with those who have lost so much. Finally, we rejoice that many more are waking up to the corruption of our health agencies and the failure of the pharma-medical paradigm every day. Kansans for Health Freedom is a young organization which came together in June of 2019. Our goal is to promote and uphold our constitutional freedoms for vaccine and medical choice and true informed consent. We want to see the needless injuries and deaths from vaccines eliminated. We want to hear the unheard and be a voice for the silenced. We want to educate the public about the very real risks of vaccines so that no more will be harmed. Our wonderful team has had an amazing year with many great learning experiences. Some of you have been a part of that, and we thank you! If you are not a member of KSHF but you believe the government and its agencies should not be the determiners for your family’s health choices, please join us. If you believe that you, not the government or the pharmaceutical industry, should have the right to choose what is injected into your own and your children’s bodies, please join us by going to www.kshf.org/membership. We need you. When hundreds of us come together, as we are today, the unity of a singular purpose is so energizing! It strengthens us to go on. It overcomes our feeling of being “the only one." It encourages those of us who have suffered so much and who suffer every day from their own damaged health or with their vaccine-injured children. And it helps us move forward to boldly and peacefully take a stand for the health and the future of ourselves, our loved ones, and the children not yet born. Please thank all the volunteers you meet today. Thank the property owners and the speakers. Introduce yourself to others and get to know the tribe you are aligning with. For three moms here in Kansas, the 2020 roller coaster ride was the spark of that created the FIRE behind our gathering today. Early on in 2020, a collection of parents in Wichita, Kansas were coming together to advocate for their access to exercise their religious exemption rights. And, while there is still work to be done for those parents and families, one mom (Megan) turned inward to prayer and connection with Mary the mother of Jesus. She says, “I felt called to bring an event to Kansas. Bring as many of the voices who could help connect the dots and answer the hard questions. These resources that I had compiled, it was time to start shedding the light!” She had taken many courses and joined many groups. This led to an opportunity to bring Andrew Wakefield and Lori Gregory to Kansas for their screening of 1986 The Act. So she reached out to a close friend (Kristi) who has been on that church/family journey with her early in 2020. They were eachother’s go-to’s, helping one another through all the struggles. Of course, Kristi was all in. Side by side, Megan’s event dreams started to grow! “If you build it they will come.” was their motto. Megan had experience organizing events and gatherings. She was on a mission! A friend, Dr. CJoy Mackie, told her to reach out to another Wichita Mama Bear, Dr. Devin. She was a local Chiropractor who had a similar heartbeat for an event like this and could help weave the resources to make it happen. So, those three moms (Megan, Kristi, & Devin) jumped on a call on August 7th and the rest is histotry in the making… Just imagine, all the magic of today began only a few weeks ago! “It’s hard to believe that 5 weeks ago God put Devin in my life, a mama with an infectious desire to do something Big for our kids and their futures. I approached her with this dream, of course she was dreaming too as if we dreamt the same time. Absolute zero seconds went by before we said Hell yes and took off running. We booked Bobby right away, then a collection of other rockstar speakers, and we anxiously awaited to hear from Del.” "It's like I have known Megan and Kristi forever. We are cut from the same stars. We are making big and tough decisions this year. It's stretching our energy, hope and faith. But coming together has made the weight of it all feel so much more promising!" shared Devin. It was important to Megan, Kristi, & Devin to loop in our states Health freedom organization because of the impact they needed to make on the state level. Part of Megan’s vision included creating a way to gain membership and donations for KSHF. The moms wanted to have a BIG EVENT to spark a FIRE in the Heartland… and then connect them to KSHF to keep that FIRE burning! So, they reached out to KSHF. One late night dream session with an amazing KSHF warrior mama, Andrea, created the partnership to make today possible! Megan, Kristi, Devin & the entire AMAZING KSHF Team have rallied, stayed up late, spent countless hours on zoom, and worked around the clock to provide an unforgettable day & priceless resources for YOU! We dedicate this to the MOTHERS & CHILDREN in our great state of Kansas! May we come together to be the KEEPERS of FREEDOM & TRUTH and SHINE LIGHT to a BRIGHTER FUTURE AHEAD!     Dear Member of the Legislature - My name is April Groom and I am in District 54. I am a mom of a child with multiple food allergies and sensitivities and I’m concerned that if this bill passes, it will be extremely hard to get a medical exemption. I’m also concerned because my son is on an IEP. Per the law of his IEP, I believe this would be discrimination and harassment. Please oppose HB 3063. Pease read the attached letter from my 9-year-old, from District 54, who's goal it is in school this year to Be a Better writer! He has an IEP. This letter was a 2-day labor of love. We are concerned he would Be denied a puBlic education if this Bill passes and per his IEP, we feel he would Be discriminated against. His letter is attached in this email and it is also copied here fully (he got tired of writing and shortened it), included in my first point of concern, Below titled: Civil Rights/Discrimination. HB 3063 is an infringement on our right to bodily autonomy and informed consent. The US Supreme Court has ruled vaccines as 'unavoidably unsafe' and where there is risk, there must Be choice. Feeley, Chair This dissertation examines the construction of “legal knowledge”—the finding of facts to which legal norms are to be applied in the adjudication of disputes—from an interdisciplinary perspective emphasizing epistemology, the sociology of scientific knowledge, political theory, and cognitive psychology. While the construction of legal knowledge is an essential component of the legal process and the principal task of American trial courts, the process remains fraught with practical and theoretical challenges that complicate simplistic conceptions of factfinding as a transparent process of veridical reconstruction of past events. Legal epistemic agents, like all epistemic agents, lack direct access to past events; thus, legal knowledge cannot perceive the past directly, but can only interpret it. The process of legal factfinding inevitably creates distortions and is subject to systemic biases in its effort to create a veridical construct of past events giving rise to a legal dispute. Although this dissertation cannot address every under-explored problem concerning the legitimacy and reliability of legal knowledge construction, its principal contribution is to bring interdisciplinary insights to bear on several of the more salient unresolved problems around the law’s engagement with knowledge claims and the construction of legal knowledge through the adversarial process.

The goal is to empower citizens to make health care decisions with the information they need. Note: Regarding NHFA’s commitment to support the passage of Safe Harbor Exemption bills for independent health care practitioners that do not hold state occupational licenses and are currently practicing in the public domain: Historically these practitioners have been unfairly charged with practice of medicine without a license. Safe Harbor exemption laws for these practitioners are needed in order to protect consumer access to the broad range of health care and healing practitioners, such as herbalists, traditional naturopaths, homeopaths, body workers, and culturally specific healing practices, that are not currently regulated by the states and that do not rise to the level of concern requiring state oversight, certification, registration, or licensure.

Introduction The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation declared this decade “the Decade of Vaccines.”1 Vaccines are more effective and protect against more diseases than ever before;2 yet childhood immunization rates in the United States and many other industrialized nations are declining.3 Diseases that had been declared eradicated in the United States are increasingly reappearing.4 Most recently in early 2015, a large multistate measles outbreak was linked to an infected individual who had visited Disneyland in Southern California. The objective, scientific simple question is this: the virus has never been isolated according to either Koch’s or River’s Postulates. Makia Freedman tells us that “the virus has never been isolated, purified, sequenced, characterized and proven 100% to exist.” Famed reported Jon Rappoport deals with the same question here and here, reviewing Dr. Andrew Kaufman and Dr. Tom Cowan comments. Dr. Michael Yeadon, PhD and former VP at Pfizer also says no one has an isolated sample of the virus - “No one’s got any virus” are his words. This is a deep rabbit hole beyond the scope of this paper, but is worth asking out of simple scientific honesty. Of course, if this thesis is true, everything else here is moot! Personal communication with one MD trained agrees with Yeadon, noting about Koch’s hypothesis that the “DNA or RNA sequences may have been identified ("isolated"); however, that does not mean those sequences belong to SARS-CoV- 2 . Our bodies contain myriad viruses; to know that we have isolated any particular one is not simple.
