our Story
Our products are nourished by the sun, the colors and flavors of Sicily, an island that boasts ancient traditions in cattle raising and milk production. Our cheese factory is located in a small farmhouse surrounded by greenery, which has gradually grown over the years and maintained those criteria of quality and authenticity that allow our products to distinguish themselves from other dairy products which can be found on the market. We make use of our own cattle to get the fresh milk we use in our production process.
