Metode dan teknik yang digunakan untuk menyajikan hasil analisis data adalah metode penyajian formal dan informal. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat dua bentuk satuan lingual yaitu satuan lingual yang berbentuk kata dan satuan lingual yang berbentuk frasa. Satuan lin- gual yang berbentuk kata digolongkan menjadi dua satuan lingual monomorfemis dan satuan lingual polimorfemis. Bentuk satuan lingual monomorfemis berupa kata dasar yang berjumlah 6, polimorfemis yang berjumlah 1 berupa kata, frasa berjum- lah 10, terdapat makna dalam setiap sesaji yang disajikan pada malam Jumat Kli- won dan terdapat 4 fungsi dalam sesaji yang di sajikan pada malam Jumat Kliwon. Abstract This study aims to describe the shape of the lingual unit, analyze the cultural meaning, explore the func- tion of the lingual unit in the Friday night Kliwon offerings in Pemalang Regency. This research uses ethnolinguistic theory that explains the relationship between language and culture. This research uses a methodological approach and theoretical approach. Data collection methods and techniques are the listening and competent methods. The techniques used in the listening method are tapping techniques, SLC technique, SBLC technique, record technique, note taking technique, and the techniques used in the conversational method are fishing techniques and semuka proficient technique. The methods and tech- niques used to analyze data are the method of sharing with the Direct Element Dividing (BUL) technique and the matching method with the determining element (PUP) technique. The methods and techniques used to present the results of data analysis are formal and informal presentation methods. The results of this study there are two forms of lingual units namely lingual units in the form of words and lingual units in the form of phrases. The word lingual units are classified into two monomorphic lingual units and polymorphic lingual units. The factors are: General Allocation Fund, government expenditure, investment, quality of human resources, agglomeration, and labor. The analysis tool used ist the regression of data panel/pooled data with the approach of Least Square Dummy Variable (lSDV). This approach is used because it is in accordance with the aim of research, which is to know the role of the economic growth factors to the GDP and to know the rate of economic growth from 2004 to 2013 in the West Pantura (northern coastal) areas of Central Java. From the estimation, it is known that the economic growth factor of human resource is the one that influence the GDP ipm with coefficient of 0.199316 percent, followed by the labor factor with coefficient of 0.165086 percent, an investment of 0.0013066 percent and the government expenditure with coefficient of minus 0.019731 percent. However, the General Allocation Funds does not have much influence on the economic growth, only at 0.009572 percent. Whereas, the agglomeration has no influence on the role of the GDP and on the economic growth in the West Pantura areas of Central Java.

Penelitian ini berawal dari keprihatinan terhadap permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan peserta didik saat ini seperti perilaku-perilaku yang menyimpang atau isu-isu moral dan kurang siapnya peserta didik untuk memasuk usia sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Raudhatul Athfal Al Makmur Cikarang Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif melalui wawancara langsung dengan kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua peserta didik, serta hasil dari observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru di RA Al Makmur belum maksimal dalam memahami perencanaan pembelajaran, namun perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun mengandung muatan pendidikan karakter dalam upaya pencapaian visi dan misi serta tujuan sekolah. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan sekolah diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai karakter melalui kegiatan terprogram dan kegiatan pembiasaan berupa kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan dan pengkondisian demi ketercapaian pembentukkan karakter peserta didik. Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan sekolah berupa penilaian pembelajaran melalui pengamatan, catatan, unjuk kerja, hasil karya dan penilaian akhir semester yang berbentuk raport/laporan perkembangan peserta didik.

The project of natural gas exploration inflicts sufferings on the population living in the area of Mount Slamet at Banyumas Regency. This paper examines how the media coverage relating to the environmental crime signals of the geothermal exploration activities in Baturaden, creates a moral panic in the area. This study establishes the signals of environmental crime that contributes to the emergence of moral panic in the society. It also discusses the moral panic of the public manifestation as a response to a significant social anxiety. A qualitative approach is used in this study. This study reveals that the existence of public moral panic towards the activities of natural gas exploration in Mount Slamet results in the development of an environmental crime signal and the emergence of moral panic. This moral panic triggers various events and social reactions which call for the enforcement of legislation against the performers of environmental crimes. 1 Introduction and Literature Review Mount Slamet is the highest mountain in Central Java; it is encircled by five districts in Indonesia (namely Banyumas, Purbalingga, Pemalang, Tegal and Brebes). The southern slope of Mount Slamet (which belongs to the administrative area of Banyumas Regency) is a protected and well-maintained ecosystem with green trees and wide diversity of protected animals. Mount Slamet is a major source of water for the Banyumas Regency because it has big rivers such as Banjaran, Gumawang and Logawa.

Such high imbalance in a region is not positive, but indeed it is a big problem that must be solved soon by the government of Central Java Province. One appropriate effort is the acceleration of balance through adding the growth pole area. This research has several objectives among others are: 1) identifying the growth pole regions existing in Central Java Province, 2) determining the new growth pole regions in Central Java Province. This research applies the quantitative and qualitative analyses using the primary and secondary data source. The analysis uses Klassen typology, Balassa index, Scalogram, Human Development index, and overlay. The findings of this research is the regions in Central Java Province that are categorized as the old growth pole regions are Semarang City, Pekalongan City, Cilacap Regency, Karanganyar Regency, Magelang Regency, Surakarta City, and Salatiga City. While the regions that are recommended as the new growth pole regions are Semarang Regency, Tegal Regency, and Sukoharjo Regency.
