202.027 Entry: All national drivers have to make their entry to race digitital before the date of 20th of June 2013, at 23:59. http://www.motorsportforbundet.no/portal/page/portal/mx_utv/stv_termlst_fulst

All participants from other countries must make their entry to their NA.

Entry form must be in by deadline. Late entry is to be charged 50% extra entry fee. Reciept for paid entry must be shown at document control.

202.032 Insurance: All competitors must be properly insured for third party responsibility and against personal injury. Required third party insurance is minimum NOK 10,000,000. Insurance will NOT be available from the organizer. The policy must be written in English. Request to use other insurance must also be written in English and submitted according to U.I.M. Rules. Members of the crew of any boat under their national age of majority must provide written evidence of parental consent to participate in any race and or practice. The minimum age for GT15 is 13 years, GT30 14 years, for other classes the minimum age for any crew member will be 16 years. Minimum age for pilot in P750 is 17 years.

Practical Race Information: -Aspen fuel& pump gas allowed. -No alcohol tolerance (Breathanalyzer will be present at race day) -Reserve the right to take doping tests of participants. -All boats will be checked by weight and engine height during launching for training with crane. After each heat the weight and engine height for the top 3 drivers/teams will be checked.

202.025 Race rules The event is held under the UIM rules and NMF national rules. Nordic Championship for P 750 is held under the UIM rules.

Launching Boats: 1 crane will be available.

4 202.040 Drivers meeting Before first training. First drivers meeting Friday 5th July for all classes according to race program.

202.034 Practice Sessions: All technical controls must be passed. Must be cleared by race control. Full race gear must be worn. All race rules/regulations apply under practice.

202.024 Start method: Dead engine jetty start. (according UIM § 307) for national classes. Thundercat starts according to 564D.02 Start line up for the first heat is based on timed trials during practice. For Thundercat the longhaul start will be deepwater start and the results from longhaul will decide the gridpositions for the circuit diciplin.

202.029/322.01/02/03 Prizes: All participants in GT 15 will have their memory-prize from Flosta Regattaen. Nordic Championship will be prized with gold medal, laurel wreath, and cup. 2nd in Nordic Championship will be prized with silver medal and cup. 3rd in Nordic Championship will be prized with bronze medal and cup. The Norwegian Cup participants will be prized 1/3.

202.041 Protest fee: For Nordic Champion P750 according to the UIM rules. For other classes according to the NMF rules 13 in sanctions regulations.

202.042 Race fuel: Participants are responsible for their own fuel meeting UIM rules. 400 m from depot there are a gas station with pump gas 95 octane available, card/cash payment.

202.044 Cost buoys destruction: The cost of buoy destruction is set to NOK 1500,- (190 €) each

202.026/202.039 Changes to rules and regulations: We inform that Flosta Båtsportklubb reserves the right to “introduce” rules and regulations throughout Flostaregattaen 2013 event. Races can/will be interferred by race event chiefs at any time. Scrutinizing will be taking place after finished races, applies to all participants racing under Flosta Regttaen. Also warnings, punishments will be given if Flosta Regattaen regulations are not held. Due to unforeseen conditions as weather etc, FBSK will reserve the right to do changes in rules and regulations according to UIM and NMF.

1900-0200 Outdoor music-event and dancing at “Padda” area with live bands, re- freshments and food. Entrance fee NOK 150,- Minimum age: 18 years

202.024 COURSE DESCRIPTION:

COURSE: Yellow course, one lap approx 1300 meters For P750 we will race the circuit course. Due to geographic circumstances the course may differ some from the course shown in the UIM rulebook

Yellow course: GT 15, GT 30 & V-25 Light blue and dark blue course: F4S Light blue: P 750 Dark blue: Long laps for P 750

Orange line is the startline for all classes.

Long haul course for P750:

Race Depot: Each team has to their disposal, one car. During race day please follow depot officers regulations and commands. Visiting personnel must park the car outside the pit area. We are using the road as depot, so please be helpful.

Food and beverages: There will be served food and beverages in depot area with nice prices.
