Town of Cary • Curbside collection of WCO and animal fats • Pick up at citizen request • FY 2011-12: collected 1647 gal • Serviced by Piedmont Biofuels Industrial, Bulk waste collection container: 250 gallon LLC tote placed on secondary spill control
