Kafu Cliff

In “Nuchiuna (Garden of spirit)”, there are three spots of energy vortex, and Kafu Cliff (which means happy cliff) is a picturesque spot of scenic beauty, and they are all located in a site of Nuchi Masu (salt) factory. You can also visit inside the factory as entry is free of charge.

Mid-Sea Road

Mid-Sea Road is a road connecting Katsuren Penninsula and Henza Island with total length of 4.75km. Driving Mid-Sea Road makes you feel as you are running through the ocean. With feeling of release under the blue sky, the road is popular leisure course by locals where you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and fresh breeze.

Southeast Botanical Gardens

T he Gardens is home to more than 1,300 species of tropical and subtropical plants with history of more than 50 years. Nakagusuku Castle Ruins

Nakagusuku Castle Ruins was registered as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site in 2000, and it is also on the list of 100 Great Castles in Japan. Among castles in Okinawa, Nakagusuku Castle has a unique history as the castle being tossed about by the times of Ryukyu Kingdom era.

Okinawa Bullfighting (Togyu)

Unlike traditional bullfighting in Spain where the bull goes up against a man, Okinawa bullfighting features two bulls fighting each other. During the bullfighting, there are bullfighters called, “Seko” at side of each bull to encourage bulls and accelerate the fight.
