TuneIn Radio; https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/tunein-radio/id418987775?mt=8

TV/ On-Demand:

Netflix (recommended); https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/netflix/id363590051?mt=8

YouTube (recommended – Free / or, pay for ‘YouTube-RED’ in same app [no ads]); https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/youtube-watch-listen-stream/id544007664?mt=8

Foxtel (pop pack $15 per month – optional, not tested*); https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/foxtel-now/id1222374381?mt=8

Stan (optional, not ‘recommended’**); https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/stan/id948095331?mt=8

(*:We have not yet tested as 95% of clients we have that want the ‘FOXTEL’ stations have the full Foxtel box and service – we are happy to support this service for clients that elect to use it. **: Stand seems to be a good service, however, we do not recommend it as ‘essential’ as you may get the content you need with other cheaper services &/or Foxtel – Stan seems to cost more than you would expect for the content on offer – if you look at just buying Westworld and GOT from Apple TV or Google Paly, (~$30per season) vs the cost of Stan, you may be better off buying the ‘premium’ content ‘as required’ from Apple/Google – this is all down to your personal/family needs…)

NOTE: ‘Advanced commands’ (skip forward 30sec, pause, resume etc.) may only work in some apps that have ‘bidirectional communications’ programmed in to support all Google Home/Chromecast functions – the short list of app that have this is:

YouTube

Netflix

Spotify

NOTE-2: The above links are for iPhone/iPad users on the Apple app store – if you are an Android user, you should find all of the above easily on the Google store (Email AV King for support if you have any issues) .
