Iako je nedavno stupio na ovu odgovornu dužnost, zamoljen je od Uredništva i Redakcije časopisa da odgovori na nekoliko pitanja koja se odnose na stanje i dalji razvoj vaspitno-obrazovnog sistema u Crnoj Gori. 1 Predrag Bošković rođen je 12. 3.1972.godine u Pljevljima. Osnovnu i srednju školu završio je u Podgorici. Diplomirao je na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Podgorici 1996. godine, a magistrirao na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Beogradu 1999. godine. Završio je više specijalizacija iz oblasti ekonomskih i političkih nauka. Objavio je niz naučnih radova i publikacija i učestvovao u realizaciji značajnih razvojnih projekata Crne Gore.Govori engleski i italijanski jezik. Oženjen je.Profesionalnu karijeru započeo je kao predavač na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Podgorici. Bio je poslanik u Skupštini Crne Gore, zamjenik ministra spoljnih poslova Srbije i Crne Gore, ministar ekonomije u Vladi Crne Gore i predsjednik odbora direktora Rudnika uglja, Pljevlja.Od kraja 2006. godine je na čelu Ženskog rukometnog kluba Budućnost, a od 2011. godine je predsjednik Upravnog odbora Rukometnog saveza CG. S klubom i reprezentacijama je u toku 2012. godine ostvario najveće rezultate u istoriji crnogorskog rukometa: Budućnost je osvojila trofej Lige šampiona, muška rukometna reprezentacija se plasirala na Svjetsko prvenstvo, a ženska rukometna reprezentacija je osvojila srebrnu medalju na Olimpijskim igrama u Londonu, što je ujedno i prva olimpijska medalja za Crnu Goru, kao i titulu prvaka Evrope. Njegova posvećenost i uspješnost u ovom sportu prepoznata je i na međunarodnom nivou. Od juna 2012. godine je član Izvršnog komiteta Evropske rukometne federacije. 17 1. Montenegro, as the youngest member state of UN and other international, political, economic and other associations and integrations, adopted the new Constitution of Montenegro on 22 October 2007. Montenegro is an independent and sovereign state, with the republican form of government. Montenegro is a civil, democratic, ecological and the state of social justice, based on the rule of law. Bearer of sovereignty is the citizen with Montenegrin citizenship. The citizen shall exercise power directly and through the freely elected representatives. The power not stemming from the freely expressed will of the citizens in democratic election in accordance with the law, can neither be established nor recognised. The Constitution stipulates that the power shall be regulated following the principle of the division of powers into the legislative, executive and judicial. The legislative power shall be exercised by the Parliament, the executive power by the Government and the judicial by courts.
