Due to the overwhelming response of Kendal Residents this year, the Trips Committee plans to buy more tickets than originally planned for four Met Opera HD Live transmissions at City Center Cinema in White Plains. Two vans will take individuals to Verdi's Aida on Oct. and to La Traviata on Dec. 15th. One van will go to Puccini's La Fanciulla del West on Oct. 27th and to Poulenc's Dialogues of the Carmelites on th May 11 , 2019. • Residents who have been confirmed for the trips must have paid for their tickets in advance and signed the authorization sheets in the Trips Book for putting transportation costs, which apply to weekend trips, on their monthly maintenance bills. Wait lists will be open until the day of performance and some cancellations are likely, so ifs not too late to sign up. • Tickets go on sale to the general public on July 18 at the Box Office and online at www.metopera.org./hd.
