Actors' Equity Association contracts, television broadcast contracts, acting agency contracts, and payment statements for various productions featuring Van Heflin including "A Case of Libel," "Neither Are We Enemies," "Count Three and Pray," etc.. Also includes correspondence sent to Heflin re. his compensation for roles in plays and movies, 1961-1969.

2. Correspondence.

Business and personal letters sent to Heflin. Includes letters from Samuel Goldwyn; Maynard Morris; Nicholas Cyran and Arthur Blech, Certified Public Accountants; Hunter L. Martin, Jr.; E. Franklin Hatch; Walter J. Stark, Jr. re. the Mummers Theatre in , Oklahoma; Gay Heflin, niece; and Hugh Shippey, Sr., 1937-1971.

3. Correspondence, Vana O'Brien.

Personal letters sent to Heflin and his wife, Frances, from Vana O'Brien, the Heflins' daughter. Most of the letters were sent from Ethiopia, 1968.

Correspondence, court documents, and other records pertaining to the following cases: Spritzler, et al v. Heflin, et al, 1963-1965 (involves tree removal and property line question); Homer Neal, Charlotte Neal and Frances Neal Heflin v. John W. Raedeke, et al, 1964-1965 (suit involving deed of trust and ownership of Parkview Motor Hotel, Heflin was the Neals' daughter); and Heflin v. Heflin, 1967-1969 (divorce).
