Since their incepon in 2013, Dayton, Ohio based Southbound has become a fixture in the Miami Valley Live Music scene. The band features 5 accomplished singer- instrumentalists with a playlist focused on strong vocal harmonies and iconic guitar riffs, covering all the best Rock vocal bands throughout me with true-to-original performances of songs by The Eagles, The Doobie Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Carole King, The Beatles, Marshall Tucker Band, The Allman Brothers Band, Tom Pey & The Heartbreakers and many, many more. Southbound performs a unique selecon of great memory evoking Classic Rock/Deep Classic Rock songs, as well as a mix of Modern Classic Rock/Roots Rock and Southern Rock songs sprinkled in for good measure! Add in their original songs, and you’ve got a recipe for a great mix of music entertainment! Now in their 8th year, the Southbound resume includes nearly 200 live shows, an all-original album (Hands Of Time, 2015), a pair of features by the Dayton Daily News Rock Insider, and performances at The Fraze, The Summer Concert Series at The Greene, Cincinna’s Great American Ballpark, the Greene County Fair, the Southwest Ohio Blessing of The Bikes and numerous local municipal and community fesvals. Connuing with their commitment to wring and performing their own music, the band is currently in producon on their second album, to be released in the summer of 2021.
