Randy Casey – Board Member

Randy attended Lee College and earned a Bachelor of Science from A&M University. He is the third generation of his family to live in the Baytown area and has been a local State Farm agent since 2008.

Randy has served in leadership roles and as a volunteer in many Baytown civic activities, including the Baytown Lions Club, Baytown Crime Stoppers, Fire Control Board, Highlands Chamber of Commerce, Crosby Chamber of Commerce, and Baytown Chamber of Commerce.

He is a former president of Lee College Alliance and a lifetime member. Renea Dillon – Board Member

Renea received an associate’s degree in secondary education from Lee College. She went on to complete a bachelor’s, and master’s degree, as well as a principal certification at the University of -. Renea has enjoyed a 30-year career in education and currently serves as the director of career and technical education for Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District. Renea is a published author and has led career and technical education workshops throughout the U.S. She has made a significant impact on optimizing dual credit opportunities through partnerships with high school students and Lee College. Renea is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Ashley Glenn – Board Member

1 Ashley Glenn is a native Houstonian who joined the Lee College family in 2017. She received a bachelor of science in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to earn a master’s in educational leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Upon completing her degree, Ashley served as a high school counselor. It was there that Ashley first learned about TRiO – Student Support Services (SSS) and felt a calling to its mission. Ashley went on to work for the TRiO program at Texas Southern University and is now the TRiO SSS director at Lee College. Ashley is truly a Lee College Rebel at heart and is an annual member of the Lee College Alliance.

Rosemary Hernandez – Board Member

Rosemary is a proud Lee College graduate. She received an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal and Professional Office Technology. Rosemary has work at Lee College for more than 9 years. She started her career as a custodian and now serves as secretary for the Physical Plant. Rosemary is the proud mother of 2 children and feels blessed to be the grandmother to 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In her spare time, Rosemary likes to volunteer her time to support Lee College students, events and programs. She is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Lakesha Holmes – Board Member

Lakesha is a long-time friend of Lee College. She graduated magna cum laude from Spelman College and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate – magna cum laude – from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Over her 12 year career, Lakesha has served as an associate attorney for Thompson & Knight, LLP and senior attorney for Total Petrochemical & Refining USA, Inc. In March 2017, Lakesha opened The Law Office of Lakesha D. Holmes, PLLC in Baytown, Texas. She is deeply rooted in the Baytown community and serves as a youth leader at the Perfect Love Fellowship Church in Baytown. She also serves as the membership chair and first vice president for the Baytown Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Lakesha is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Frank McClosky – Board Member

Frank graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and Lee College. He received his undergraduate degree at the -Clear Lake. Frank is the owner of Frank’s Collision Repair where he employs current Lee College students and provides them with an opportunity to gain hands-on training and much-desired work experience. He also owns a real estate company called Kate Davis Holdings. Frank and his wife, Della, have two children, Max and Emma Kate. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Baytown and a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Adam Naiser – Board Member

Adam is a Baytown native, born and raised. He is a current Lee College student majoring in business administration, and he is expected to graduate in the spring of 2020. Upon completion of his ABA, he plans to transfer to the University of Houston in Clear Lake, but he is still considering other options. Adam is a member of the Lee College Honor Society and the Lee College Debate Association, debating in the pro division. Aside from being a full-time student, Adam is a part-time waiter at Rooster’s Steakhouse. He is an annual member of Lee College Alliance. Elisa Nieto – Board Member

Elisa is a native Baytonian and owner of A.E.X. Insurance. She has been in business since 2006 as a licensed insurance agent and Notary Public. In addition to being an energized and motivated entrepreneur, she is also an actress and has been in music videos and numerous short and full feature films. Elisa is the first in her family to 2 graduate from college. She attended Lee College, where she earned an associate’s degree in business management and administration. While at Lee College, she was a member of Eta Chi. For more than 10 years, Elisa has been an active member of the Baytown Chamber of Commerce, and she is involved with many community activities. As vice president of Keep Baytown Beautiful, she is committed to the beautification of our town. Elisa is a member of Hillside Church, where she loves to serve her church and community. She is the mother of four: Xavier, Arianny, Gianna and Anelisa, and is a lifetime member of the Lee College Alliance. Kate O’Donnell – Board Member

Kate is a transplant to the Baytown area, and she was born and raised in the Philadelphia region. She recently graduated from Lee College and is currently pursuing a baccalaureate degree in sociology at the University of Houston’s main campus. Kate is the proud mother of two school-age children: Jude and Leila. As a student, she was very involved with the Lee College Alliance and represented the association at many community events. It is only natural that now, as a graduate, she has opted to take a leadership role in the association. Kate is an annual member of the Lee College Alliance. Helen Reavis – Board Member

Helen is a graduate of Lee College, twice! She graduated with a license in vocational nursing and then returned to pursue her associate’s degree in applied science along with a registered nursing license. She worked as a nurse for 35 years before retiring. Helen has also served on the American Red Cross Disaster Team. Helen has been married for 48 years to Jerry, who is also a Lee College alumnus. Helen and Jerry love traveling, cruises and Galveston Beach trips, and they also have three children and nine grandchildren to keep them busy. Additionally, she is a member of the Red Hat Club, and she serves on The Dream Team at Faith Family Church, where she is also a member. Helen is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Renee Rhodes – Board Member

Renee is a proud graduate of Robert E. Lee high school and Lee College. She attended State University and pursued a degree in accounting. Renee is a lifetime Baytonian and her very first job was as secretary for the Lee College Athletic Director while attending Lee College. She currently serves as the Office Manager for Randy Casey – State Farm Insurance. She was Treasurer of Circle K as a student at Lee College. She is now is a member of Kiwanis Club of Baytown where she served as Kiwanis President for 2016-2017 term. Renee is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Scott Sheley – President

Scott is a proud graduate of Lee College. While at Lee, Scott was a member of the Rebel swim team. He went on to swim for Midwestern State University where he completed a bachelor of arts. He continued his education at the University of Houston- Clear Lake and completed a Master of Education at Prairie View A&M University. With a desire to serve his community, Scott served on the Baytown City Council for a record- setting 16 years. He is currently involved with the Baytown Optimist Club and serves on the Keep Baytown Beautiful board. He is the proud father of Austin Sheley. Scott is president of Lee College Alliance and a lifetime member. Kimberlee Techeira – Board Member

Kimberlee is a Lee College graduate. She received a B.A. and M.B.A. in administrative management from UH-Downtown and Victoria. Kimberlee has worked in higher 3 education for more than 15 years. She is the Director of Community Education at Lee College and serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Business Technology program. She is an active community volunteer, has served on local advisory committees and currently serves on the Texas Administrators of Continuing Education Organization as Board Treasurer. Kimberlee is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance. Veronique Tran – Board Member

Dr. Veronique Tran joined Lee College in June 2017 as the Vice President for Instruction. She began her college journey at North Harris Community College (now Lone Star College – North Harris), received her B.S. in chemical engineering in 1991 from the University of Houston and completed a Ph.D in biomedical engineering in 2002 from the Joint Program in BME from UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and the University of Texas at Arlington. She has held key leadership positions in academic and faculty affairs at Lone Star College, the University of Houston (UH) and . She and her husband, Tim, are the proud parents of two sons, one of whom recently graduated from Lee College. Dr. Tran is an annual member of Lee College Alliance. Clarissa Martinez – Ex Officio

Clarissa is a friend of Lee College and a recent Baytonian. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix and went on to New Mexico State University-Las Cruces to complete a Master of Arts in Educational Administration. Clarissa has over 19 years of experience in higher education. Currently, Clarissa oversees alumni relations, serves as a grant manager, and is an adjunct faculty member at Lee College. Her community involvements include the Pilot Club of Baytown and service on the Habitat for Humanity, Lifeline, and the TRiO SSS board. Clarissa is a lifetime member of Lee College Alliance.
