TERMS & CONDITIONS

. Menus are valid for a minimum of 35 adults.

. Children up to 5 years old are free of charge; from 6 years old a 50% discount on adult price will be applied; from 13 years old, full adult price will be applied.

. Special children menus are available upon request.

. All final selections on these menus must be made in order to have a single set menu for each Wedding function and must be advised to the Hotel no later than one month before the Wedding date.

. Upon confirmation of the event at the Hilton Vilamoura, Bride & Groom will be invited for a menu & wine tasting.

. Neither the event nor the musical entertainment may extend beyond 23h00 in outdoor venues and 02h00 of the following day in designated indoor areas, unless specifically authorized by the Hotel, and as long as in compliance with the informed code of conduct established in the contract.

. For Health & Safety reasons, no food or beverages may be brought into the Hotel.

. Confirmation of the final number of guests must be given 15 days prior to the event. Reductions on final numbers confirmed and initially agreed may result in costs and in the event of the number of guests being greater than foreseen, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect final costs.

. The Hotel assumes no liability for any goods or valuables which are not registered and placed in a safe area.

. Payment schedule: - 40% of the total amount at the time of reservation; - 50% - until 30 days prior to the event; - 10% - until 7 days before the event; - The balance is due at the end of the event.
