VEHICLE MOVE-IN – Miami Auto Show 2019
We have once again enlisted the assistance of Cosmetic Car Care (CCC) to handle Vehicle Management and Logistics on behalf of the show. As in the past, they will guide your transporters into position for unloading and then direct your exhibit and detailing staff to their respective parking structures for vehicle storage. There is no cleaning or washing allowed in the garages. Individual driven vehicles can arrive anytime beginning Tuesday 10/29 and will be staged in the parking garage. Please contact Randy or Greg below for specific drop off times and Fees. Individual driven vehicles arriving on Wednesday 10/30 may go into the halls beginning at 230pm. It is advisable to deliver your vehicles one day early on Tuesday 10/29 and to utilize the parking garage for storage thus allowing the show to successfully coordinate vehicle move-in. MUST check-in at the marshalling yard located at Marine Stadium Marina 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway Key Biscayne, FL 33149 on Tuesday, 10/29 and Wednesday 10/30. This process will begin at 9 AM and continue through Thursday, 10/31.
It is essential that transporters / drivers show up at their designated time (not early or late) as there will be no place to park or stage trucks anywhere near the Miami Beach Convention Center.
There will be no parking on side streets and there will be heavy police presence to support this operation. The police will be enforcing city parking regulations and will ticket vehicles deemed illegally parked.
Unscheduled trucks will be placed in the cadence for whenever time allows. They will still have to leave the area and this will be enforced by Miami Beach Police.
Vehicle move in to the exhibit hall begins on Wednesday, 10/30 at 2:30 PM. Your display houses and/or detailing companies will need to drive the cars from the garages to the convention center. You must pay $25 per ticket upon exiting the garages which covers a 24-hour period. To make drive-outs easier, a pre-payment option may be available.
