STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
My passion for Boxing has grown with time. Over the years I have grown with sport and have been able to contribute my expertise in the country and beyond.
While I am currently the Chairman of the Technical and Rules Commission, Boxing Federation of India, I have previously served as the Secretary and then Chairman of the R&J Commission.

Deputed as an Official of the Indian Boxing Federation for the London 2012 Olympics.
Worked as MANAGER of the Mumbai Fighters, the Indian Team participating in the World Series of Boxing for the season October 2011 – April 2012. The Team reached the quarter finals of the World series of Boxing..
Appointed as ‘Competition Manager – Boxing’ at OC Delhi 2010 for XIX Commonwealth Games managing the Commonwealth Boxing Championships and the Commonwealth Boxing Event.
As Chairman R&J Commission – IABF, Overseeing and conducting all major National and International Boxing Championships in India, also conducting Workshops/Grading Clinics for Referees and Judges in India
Officiated at a number of International Boxing Championships including over 6 World Championships & two Asian Games Boxing Championships as a 3 Star RJ
Elected Vice President- Goa Olympic Association and Member of Goa National Games steering committee - 2010
Appointed as Chairman – Referee & Judges Commission-IABF – Overseeing all technical issues of Boxing at the National level, managing all National Boxing Championships and handling issues pertaining to IABF Referees & Judges.
Overseen the conduct of Women’s Asian Boxing Championships at Assam 2008
Organized Junior Nationals and 2nd Junior ( Men) Asian Boxing Championships in Goa – 2006
Organized 1 Goa International Boxing Championships in Goa with 14 Teams – 2004
Appointed Secretary cum Treasurer of Referee and Judges Commission – Indian Boxing Federation and conducted all National and International Boxing Championships - 2004
Took over as Secretary Goa Boxing Association and started promoting Boxing in Goa 1994.
Training Boxers in Goa and took part in various All India Boxing Championships including YMCA Boxing Tournaments in Delhi – 1975 -1977
