Rates and chargcll provided in this tariff, for services as ordered, shall be prepaid, or paid by established accounti; within 30 days of'service. ALL OPERA TlONS shall be conducted under chwges as provided in this tariff.

BAGGAGE Band baggage, not to exceed eighty (80) pounds in weight for each passenger will be carried without charge.No baggage other than hand baggage wilt be carried on any trip. Carrier will nol be liable for tosi. ordamuge to baggage or contents thertofunless occasioned by lack ofreasonable care on it~ pnrt and then only for the maximum liability of $250.00 for the loss of. or damage to. any single piece of baggage, including its concents.

RULES AND REGULATJONS ITEM

LIABILITY The carrier will not be liable for detnys 'caused by an act of God, public enemy, 20 authority oflnw, quaran1ine, riots, strikes, force majeurc, accidents, breakdowns, bad coodilions of lhe road, storm-; and other conditions beyond its control; and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point nt a speci fled lime. The carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agenl or employee; and. over routes indicated. but the same is not guaronteed.

If any act of God. public enemy. authority ot'lnw. quarantine. perils of n.wigations. riots. strikes, the hazarm or dangers incident to the state of war. accident,;.. breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, storm.-;, ond other condition.,; beyond its control make it, in the opinion of the carrier. inadvisable to operate its equipment either ftom the point of origin or any point en route. the carrier will not be held for damages for any reason whatsoever.

CLAIMS A cl:iim by a shipper or con.i;ignor against a common or contract motor carrier for lost or damaged freight or baggage musf be submitted 10 the carrier within 7 days after the los.,; 30 or damage is discovered. Within 14 days after receipt of the claim, the carrier shall: (a) Compensate the shipper or consignor; or (b) deliver to the shipper or com:ignor n written denial of the claim.

A denial of a claim may be appealed by the shipper or consignor to the Authority.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS The drlver of lhe transit vehicle will have lhe right to refuse to carry any person or 35 require any passenger to leave the vehicle if the person or passenger is intoxicated, unruly or who i,; hclieved to be under the influence of narcotics.

Carrier may elect to appoint as its agent any organization. finn, corporation, motel, 45 hotel. or legal gaming operation, who individually or collectively, desire to obtain passenger limousine transportation service between one or more comrnon points for the coUection of all applicable charges and remittance thereof direct to carrier without individual pa.,.scnger fare collection by the carrier.

CANCELLATION FEE

A cancello.tion fee wiU be charged in the e\'ent lhnt the request for so transportation is canceled less than iourteen ( 14) days from time of cancellation notification to time ofrequcsted sen:ice. All vehicle description are for example puqlOses only, and may not reflect the exact vehicles in the ULS fleet. Rate includes driver, audio/\.ideo equipment. Rate is exclusive of rate for accompanying staff (i.e. interpreter services). Cancellation charges in accordance with rule 50 and 55.

Any toll charges, parking or other trip fees, park entrance foes are responsibilities of the customer.

Maximum driving allowed by law is 10-hours per day. Therefore, any long distance trip over 5-hours driving one way, requires overnight stay at tuming point, making the trip two days, and customer shall be responsible for cost of Driver lodging and food, all toll charges, parking and other trip related fees.

While ULS will endeavor time schedules specified by customers, they will not be liable for delays caused by an act of God, public enemies, authority of law, riots, quarantine, perils of navigation, strikes, and hazard or dangerous incident to a state of war, accidents, stonns and any other conditions beyond its control.
