Situation: The site is situate 1 mile south of the village of Doddiscombsleigh, and 1 mile north-east of the village of Lower Ashton. Being only 4 ½ miles from the A38, 6 ½ miles north of with the city of Exeter only 8 ¼ miles away.

Description: The property is accessed via the Lower Ashton to Doddiscombsleigh Road that connects to the B3193 in the south and Perry Lane to the north. Building: The barn is split into three sections, the main barn is a steel framed dutch barn measuring approximately 6.4m x 13.8m (21’0” x 45’3”), the barn being under a curved corrugated steel sheeted roof with steel purlins. The second part of the barn is the western elevation, a steel framed lean-to structure with part block and Yorkshire boarding elevations, under corrugated asbestos cement sheet roofing with timber purlins measuring 8.73m x 13.8m (28’8” x 45’3”). Along the main barns southern elevation is a similar timber framed and metal corrugated lean-to, measuring 6.4m x 8.63m (21’0” x 28’4”). The barn is fitted with uPVC rainwater goods.

A separate open fronted cattle shed is located to the south of the site, measuring 7.8m x 12.64 (25’7” x 41’6”). The shed is of a steel and timber frame construction, with timber purlins under a box profile roof. Access to this building is via the shared entrance to the west.
