ACCOMMODATIONS Accommodations for owners and guests sleeping a total of 6-7.

First Guest Stateroom is airconditioned and is forward with single berth to port, over/under berths to starboard with drawer storage. There are two screened opening portlights and an opening hatch overhead.

Second Guest Stateroom is also airconditioned and is next aft to starboard and features over/ under berths with drawer storage underneath and a hanging locker. There is also a hanging locker in the guest hallway.

The Guest Head is directly opposite to port and offers fresh water VacuFlush head, mirrored vanity with sink and a screened opening portlight. (The Shower has been removed but can be easily reinstalled).

There is abundant drawer storage and one large hanging locker. There are also three screened opening portlights, Air Conditioning, and a TV.

The Master Head is ensuite and offers mirrored vanity, sink, stall shower/tub and fresh water VacuFlush head aft to port. There are screened opening portlights in the head and shower compartments.

Engine Room access is through the sound-proofed door aft of the master stateroom. Four steps adjacent to the engine room entrance also lead up and aft to the galley and salon.

U-Shaped Galley is forward to starboard with a wet-bar opposite. There is a pullout table which recesses into the galley counter. The hatches in the galley sole can open for additional engine room access underneath the sole.

Main Salon is aft of the galley. The custom leather sofa (2016) is to starboard, flanked by built- in end tables and two swivel arm chairs (2016) are opposite. Windows port, starboard and aft allow ample natural light, ventilation and are finished with Venetian blinds and valances (2020).

Double doors in the aft bulkhead open to the large covered Cockpit - a wonderful "back porch"! Doors are equipped with Phantom retractable screens. Hatches in the cockpit sole open to lazarettes and the transom door opens to the swim platform. Hinged boarding gates are also port and starboard amidships.

Moving forward, steps lead to the raised fully airconditioned Pilothouse. Helm station is on centerline with captain's chair. Hinged port and starboard Dutch doors provide access to the bridge wings, side decks, Portuguese bridge and foredeck. Both doors feature Phantom retractable screens. A large, elevated L-shaped, upholstered settee, with dining table aft, converts to a watch berth. Teak and holly sole is in the pilot house.

Moving forward and to port, steps lead down to the guest staterooms and guest head. This arrangement obviates the need to pass through the master stateroom while moving forward.

Moving aft, to starboard, access to the spacious flybridge is by steps leading directly from the pilothouse up thorough a door and hatch.

From the cockpit, additional access to the Flybridge is on the starboard steps. The large boat deck aft provides space for the 12' Carolina Skiff on custom cradle to port with powered davit. Opening door, forward to starboard, leads down to the pilothouse interior. Three steps forward lead to the flybridge helm station with captain and companion bench seat, with additional seating port and starboard.
