ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES From the experience of more than 30 choir festivals in Vienna in the last years in cooperation with our partner agency M&C Music Contact, we have selected several hotels in good locations for participating at the activities of the Sing Along Project and discovering Vienna, the world capital of music. I order to offer to you the best experience at this project, we have included joint activities of the international participants as well es practical services in your packages that will simplify your stay at the event. You will have the opportunity to meet singers from all over the world at a typical Viennese restaurant and will also find a free ticket for the public transportation in your package including free entrance to some of the main attractions of the city as well as discounts for a list of museums and other suggestions for your free time.

REDUCTIONS In the case you don’t wish to join the Get-Together of the participants at Heurigen Restaurant, you can deduct the amount of 37 EUR included for this activity in the accommodation packages. In the case you are not able to join the Reception at the Vienna City Hall after the concert, you can deduct the amount of 30 EUR included for this activity in the accommodation packages.
Participants must make their own travel arrangements to Vienna.
We recommend arriving in Vienna on November 15, 2019 in the morning or at an earlier date to be able to attend the first rehearsal scheduled on November 15, 2019 at 14:00. The concert is scheduled on November 17, 2019 at 15:00. We recommend scheduling your departure on November 18, or later to join the Reception after the concert at the Vienna Concert Hall.
