Hawthorne is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to join our company’s leadership team and drive brand vision & strategy as well as in- execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Hawthorne’s brand strategy, , , and key messaging • Establish and own Hawthorne’s target personas • Identify and execute brand partnerships, projects, and collaborations to further Hawthorne’s brand and its awareness • Develop and own all in-market execution of brand initiatives to grow and awareness including: experiential marketing, OOH campaigns, , community engagement, , PR & communications, and • Drive strategy, budget, execution, and KPIs for all brand marketing initiatives • Leverage consumer and feedback to evolve and iterate Hawthorne’s brand • Work with development to ideate new launches for the product roadmap • Serve on leadership team and contribute to and • Build, manage, and grow the brand marketing team

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing brand marketing teams; 4+ years working in brand marketing • Familiarity with the e-commerce space and experience working with non-digital products • Extensive experience using brand strategy, creative development, multi-channel execution to drive business results and grow brand equity • Experience working in close partnership with performance/growth marketing teams • Self-identify as both creative and data-driven • Embrace a highly collaborative and agile team environment • Clear ability to identify and assess highest impact business strategy initiatives • Familiarity with managing a brand marketing team and mentoring brand marketing talent • Open to challenging existing ideas and methods and thinking outside of the box
