Overall Summary: We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to play a key role in the growth of our acquisition and marketing programs. The candidate is essentially tasked with understanding the mindsets and capturing the imaginations of , investors, leaders, and key influencers in the business’s . The ideal candidate drives new ideas and handles crucial day-to-day brand marketing operations with the support of the and team. He/she is expected to be a brilliant team player and enjoy collaborating both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams. This candidate will have a strong marketing background coupled with sound understanding with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our brand guidelines, marketing plans and sales objectives

• Develop and manage the business’s brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand’s equity. The candidate is responsible for the creation and placement of that is in support of the business’s and sales team’s initiatives through , creative development, metrics, , and vendor management.

• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and retain existing customers

• This candidate is expected to be a strong team player and highly collaborative. The Brand Marketing Lead works closely with the Sales team, the Brand Manager, and the Design team in formulation and delivery of both the offline and online brand marketing elements/strategies.

• Also responsible for the creation of all forms of marketing, for example, interactive marketing, campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, press releases, and executive presentations. This candidate is in charge of the development of the execution plan for thought leadership initiatives, where he/she uses a wide range of content in order to build awareness and credibility for business and brand in the market, simultaneously establishing the organization as a thought leader in the market.

• Develop creative marketing strategies

• Oversee offline brand marketing approaches such as design marketing and hardcopy promotional materials. Manage and work with individual teams and ensure consistency and appropriateness of the brand’s messages in the market

• Track performance of all marketing campaigns • Also plays a major analytical role in establishing metrics for the purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness against KPI’s. At this capacity, he/she also establishes a process for benchmarking the brand’s performance in various in order to ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years’ experience in brand marketing

• Ability to multitask

• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
