Barcelona, the capital of , is a cosmopolitan Mediterranean city that incorporates in its urban street pattern Roman remains, medieval districts and the most beautiful examples of Modernism and 20th century avant-garde art. Not for nothing were the emblematic buildings of Catalan architects Antoni Gaudí and Luis Doménech i Montaner declared to be World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Day 1.) Arrival in

Arrival transfer & welcome by the Viajes Karisma Icoming team. Check-in at the chosen hotel of the city. Afternoon time for relaxing or for own explorations.

Day 2.) Full day Visit Barcelona

Breakfast and Fullday guided visit of Barcelona. CLASSIC: Barcelona is one of the most beautiful and vibrant cities of Spain and this classic tour gives you a quick overview of its main highlights. Explore Plaza de Cataluna, Via Laietana, the Cathedral and its cloister, Gothic Quarter, Plaza Sant Jaume (Generalitat and Town Hall). You will continue on to the Villa Olimpica (athletes residential complex during the Olympics) and the Port Olympic (Olimpic harbor), which you will tour on foot. Afterwards you will ascend Montjüic Mountain, which offers a panoramic view of the city and harbor. Tour the Olympic Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi and Calatrava Tower. Visit the Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village) which reproduces the most typical regional architectural styles in Spain. Here you will also be able to taste Catalan Cava, the renowned local sparkling wine. When the client has the food included, the guide leave the client in the restaurant and a coach will pick them up at 15.00 o’clock more or less in front of “El Poble Español” door and it will leave them in Ronda Universidad, 5 to start Barcelona Artistic Tour. When the client doesn’t have the lunch included, they must be in Ronda Universidad, 5 at 15.15h ARTISTIC: Gaudi, one of the greatest innovators of his time, has left behind numerous treasures for the discerning tourist to discover in Barcelona. This Artistic Tour of Barcelona starts along Paseo de Gracia to see Gaudi's famous apartment buildings including Casa Batllo and La Pedrera; then enjoy a 30 minute visit at Gaudi's bizarre Parc Guell which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Keep an eye on your watch, it's easy to get lost in the whimsical design of this bizarre but compelling public park.

Continue to the La Sagrada Familia (Holy Family) Cathedral, Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece which is Barcelona's most famous landmark, where you will stop for around 30 minutes. You will also visit Barcelona's Monumental Bull Ring and the famous Cathedral Sta María del Mar, the only gothic church in Catalonia completely finished. The tour ends near the Picasso Museum which exhibits works from the blue and pink periods of the world-famous painter. You can choose either coming back to Juliàtours terminal, or remain in the Picasso Museum coming back by yourself (ticket not included

Day 3.) Excursion Costa Brava

Breakfast and 6 hours excursion to the Costa Brava. Do you want to immerse 2 yourself in the magical world of cava? We invite you to visit the Freixenet cava cellars. The guided tours at Freixenet begin with a brief audiovisual presentation of the history of a family business. This is followed by a visit to the old part of the cellars, built in 1922. Here, the house guides will personally explain the process of cava production and will give advice on serving and drinking this sparkling beverage. Visitors will board a small train to travel through part of the 20 km of underground cava cellars. At the end of this journey, visitors arrive at the tasting room where they can taste the different cavas of the Freixenet range. The visit finishes at the “Dolores Ferrer” store where visitors will have the chance to acquire many articles relating to the world of cava and wine. Very close to Barcelona, we find Sitges, one of the most picturesque villages on the Catalan coast. With the Garraf massif as a backdrop, Sitges is one of the favourite destinations for tourists visiting Catalonia. Its microclimate, with almost 300 days of sun per year, seventeen beaches, an attractive range of cultural opportunities and its exceptional cuisine and shopping options make it the perfect choice for enjoying the Mediterranean coast. At the evening take a taxi to the Poble Español and enjoy a fantastic Spanish tapas dinner with an unforgettable gipsy flamenco performance.

Day 4.) Flight to

Breakfast and flight to Madrid. On arrival in Madrid check-in in your chosen hotel and overnight. Afternoon time for relaxing or own explorations.

Madrid, Spain's capital, is a cosmopolitan city. Its position as a centre for economics, finance, administration and services combines the most modern infrastructure with an important cultural and artistic heritage, the legacy of centuries of fascinating history. Madrid is strategically located at the geographical centre of the Iberian peninsula, 646 meters above sea level. Its old town is exemplary among major European cities, and blends harmoniously with the most modern and convenient of urban infrastructure. Madrid offers a broad range of accommodation and services along with the most advanced audiovisual and communication technology. All this, combined with the momentum of a society that is dynamic and open, and at the same time warm and welcoming, has turned this metropolis into one of the western world's great capitals.

Day 5.) Full Day Madrid

Breakfast. We will begin with the city sightseeing tour ending with an exciting tour of the football stadium Bernabeu. Madrid shows the onlooker multiple faces that history has left behind, such as its medieval origins as an Arab- fortress characterized by its ancient buildings and the smell of the taverns. We’ll drive through the courtesan district of the Hapsburgs characterised by Phillip II and his Renaissance and Baroque style buildings like those in the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa. We will visit the Madrid of the Bourbons and the complex town planning schemes of Charles III, the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains and the Puerta de Alcalá. We will admire the works of José Bonaparte in the XIX century, such as the elegant Plaza de Oriente and The Prado Museum. We will discover contemporary 3 Madrid with avenues such as Gran Vía, Castellana, the district of Salamanca, Plaza de Castilla, Parque del Oeste, University Campus, commercial and financial zones of Modern Madrid, the emblematic Las Ventas Bullring and the Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. During the tour, we will stop at the famous Hard Rock Café, where you will be offered a drink. Bernabéu opens its doors to turn you into the real megastar.

You will have the chance to look through the Stadium with no limits, and even have the access to those places that you only had pictured in your mind. Our Stadium is awaiting you with all its real myths, like the tunnel to locker rooms, the bench, the pitch, the press room and the even presidential box. Also you will visit the new Trophies Exhibition, the chief exponent of Real Madrid legend, the Best Club in the 20th century. Come in and enjoy the most thrilling time you will ever live. Quietly, no hurry at all… The Bernabéu also has a restaurant with a surface area of 1200 sqm on two floors, and 80 metres of glass windows with spectacular views of the pitch. Day 6.) El Escorial and Valle de los Caidos

Breakfast and half day excursion to the Monastery of El Escorial and the “Valle de los Caidos” (the fallen valley. EL ESCORIAL: Declared Human Heritage, it is a symbol of the Spanish Power in the XVI century and commemorates the San Quintin Battle. It is also a mausoleum for Charles V. The symmetry and balance of the construction according to the humanist Renaissance style made it considered the eighth wonder of the world for a long period of time. The visit includes the Hapsburgs Palace, Kings and Princes Mausoleum, Chapter Houses and the Basilica.

VALLE DE LOS CAIDOS: This enormous monument built between 1940 and 1959 to honour the Spaniards killed during the civil War is located 9 km away from El Escorial. It is a Basilica excavated in the mountain at 1350 m of altitude above sea level where an impressive 150 m high cross places itself over the magnificent nature reserve of Madrid mountain range. Afternoon time at leisure. Overnight at your chosen hotel.

Day 7.) Flight to Malaga and transfer to Marbella

Breakfast and continuation to the south of Spain. Take a flight to Málaga. On arrival meet with your private Taxi and drive to your chosen hotel in Marbella. Rest of the Day enjoy the beach and the hotel activities. Overnight.

MALAGA Inhabited for more than 2,000 years by different Mediterranean civilizations, Málaga today is a city which combines tradition and modernity. Stretching below the watchful eye of the Castle of Gibralfaro is a lively and bustling city crammed with beautiful corners, such as the Alameda Principal or the promenade of La Farola, in which it is possible to discover 4 neighbourhoods of a rich Andalusian flavour, such as El Perchel or La Trinidad. A city whose streets are filled, year after year, with the popular fervour of its residents during Holy Week, declared to be of international tourist interest. In addition, its position as capital of the Costa del Sol makes it one of the most important tourist destinations in Spain, thanks to its mild climate, its beaches and the excellent golf courses available.

Day 8.) Excursion to Ronda

Breakfast. After a one and half hour journey along the coast road to take later the road which goes through the magnificent Ronda range you will reach the city. Bullfighters and bandits have contributed to the traditional image of the area and its capital, but behind this old image there lies a lively and peaceful district which has broken away from its former isolation. By arrival sightseeing tour of this beautiful Andalusia town of Celtic origin, with the Cathedral which architecture is roman, Arabic and gothic style, the Tajo (320 m high) and the bullring which measures 66 metres in diameter is the oldest in Spain. Free time for lunch. Return by the same way and short sop at Puerto Banús the harbour of Marbella-Banús

Day 9.) Excursion to Granada

Breakfast and full day excursion to Granada. Granada : The Islamic Kingdom In this city the Eurasian, Iberian, Phoenician, Roman, Arab and Christian cultures have left their imprint, making it one of the wonders of the world. It was Spain’s last Islamic Kingdom inhabited jointly by Muslims, Jews and Christians. The Alhambra is the main jewel of this beautiful city. During our visit to the Carlos V Courtyard and the surrounding group of small palaces, gardens, patios and towers it will become clear to us why the King Boabdil cried when GRANADA was reconquered by the Catholic Monarchs. An outstanding feature are the Gardens of Generalife, this was the summer residence of the King. It’s a combination of water springs, gardens and architecture of indescribable beauty. No wonder it is considered bone of the most beautiful gardens in the world. After the visit to the Alhambra there will be free time for lunch and we will finally go back to the Costa del Sol. * Lunch is not included. Returne to Málaga and evening on your own.

Day 10.) Excursion to Cordoba

Breakfast and full day excursion to Cordoba. Córdoba (Spanish pronunciation: also Cordova) is a city in Andalusia, southern Spain, and the capital of the province of Córdoba. An Iberian and Roman city in ancient times, in the Middle Ages it was a capital of an Islamic caliphate and one of the largest cities in the world. Its population in 2008 was 325,453. Today a moderately-sized modern city, the old town contains many the thriving capital ,( ﺔﺑطرﻗ ) impressive architectural reminders of when Qurṭuba of the Caliphate of Córdoba, governed almost all of the Iberian peninsula. It has been estimated that in the latter half of the tenth century Córdoba, with up to 500,000 inhabitants, was then the most populated city in Europe and, 5 perhaps, in the world. On arrival meet with your local guide and sightseeing of the amazing city. We start with the visit of the mosque and the synagogue, you will get impressed about this historical building. After the visit walking through the Jewish quarter where you will have the opportunity to see nice “patios” with lot of flowers and also to try the wonderful gastronomy. Return to Málaga. Overnight.

Day 11.) Departure

Breakfast and Transfer to the airport of Málaga. Back home J
