Banned and Severely Restricted The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) prepares COLORADO a list of banned and severely restricted pesticides list as part of its participation in an international program known as ENVIRONMENTAL the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure.

PESTICIDE Banned Pesticides A "Banned" is defined as a pesticide for which all EDUCATION registered uses have been prohibited by final EPA action to protect health or the environment.
