Banned and Severely Restricted Pesticides The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) prepares COLORADO a list of banned and severely restricted pesticides list as part of its participation in an international program known as ENVIRONMENTAL the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure.
PESTICIDE Banned Pesticides A "Banned" pesticide is defined as a pesticide for which all EDUCATION registered uses have been prohibited by final EPA action to protect human health or the environment. It includes pesticides that have been refused approval PROGRAM for first-time use or have been withdrawn by industry. Severely Restricted Pesticides BANNED AND A "Severely Restricted" pesticide means a pesticide for which virtually all registered uses have been prohibited by SEVERELY final EPA regulatory action, but for which certain specific registered use or uses remain authorized.
