Asteria Atombomb Life's A Cabaret THU 3:45 - PM CRY B/C This 90-minute dance class is a heavy movement class. It is designed to create emphasis Form-fitting athletic wear, High heels or dance shoes, Water bottle. Choreography 5:15 on the music with textured movement. By the end of the class performers, will learn a routine inspired by the Broadway choreography titan, Bob Fosse. It will focus on arm choreo, footwork, and facial expression work. We will also discuss different influential movement pioneers of Broadway. Class will include a brief warm up, transition techniques, across-the-floor combinations influenced by various choreographers, and a short dance. Attendees are encouraged to wear form fitting athletic wear and heels.

It is designed to teach Form-fitting athletic wear,Knee pads (optional), shoes (optional). everyBODY 6:30 performers variations of movement to the ground and getting back up with ease. By the end of the class performers will be comfortable with floorwork and transitions between individual moves. We will also discuss modifiers to assist in levels. Class will include a brief warm up, transition techniques, across-the-floor combinations, and a short dance. Attendees of the class are encouraged to wear form fitting athletic wear and knee pads. Bebe Bardot Shake It Up: Shake SAT 1:30 - PM EMER E Participants will explore the history and choreography of old-school shake dancing, a Heels optional, Fringe shimmy belt optional. Dancing in History 3:00 style of movement commonly associated with performers of color in the 1930s-1970s. & Practice While definitions vary, shake dancing has always been marked by wild displays of sexual freedom, abandon, and unbridled sensuality. Participants will learn the socio- historical background of shake dancing in theory and practice, and will also learn how to spice up their bump-and-grind acts by incorporating aspects of shake dancing into their performance style. This course will be part-presentation and part-movement.

Dahlia Fatale Drop Splits?! Wreckless 5:15 to watch and inspire a magical love of self. If you ever wanted to shake your money maker inside a hoop but didn't think it was possible, I'm here to show you that it is. This beginning hula hoop class will address all the basic fundamentals of on-body hooping, off-body hooping using your arms and legs and we will create a few small passes that you can use in a routine.
