COLONEL JAMES M. TRACHIER

Colonel James M. Trachier is the commander of the 38th Cyberspace Engineering

Installation Group at Tinker Air Force, Oklahoma.

Colonel Trachier enlisted in the Air Force in 1991 and was selected for the Airman Education and Commissioning Program in 1994. After completing his undergraduate degree, he reported to Officer Training School and received his commission in 1997. He is a career Communications/Cyberspace Operations officer and graduated squadron commander who has also served at the agency, Joint Task Force, and Combatant Command headquarters level, as well as with the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a fully-qualified Joint Service Officer. Colonel Trachier is married to the former Donna Rhea.
