Wash your hands and clean your equipment before and after use, especially if playing with someone who isn't in your household or bubble. Make sure you've got enough space and move anything that might get broken. Aim to do 30-60 minutes of physical activity a day. This doesn't have to be all in one go. You could play a 10 minute game, go on a 10 minute walk and practice a challenge for 10 minutes too!
