An extension was deemed necessary only one year after the inauguration and the commercial capacities of the shopping mall were expanded in 2006. With a construction area of 47,000 m2, the mall contains more than 85 stores of worldwide known brands. QTU has over 75,000 visitors per week and parking capacity for 800 vehicles.
