DEALEY PLAZA TRAFFIC ROUTES The Dealey Plaza National Histonc Landmark dedication ceremony Monday will close the following streets to traffic: Main Street, between Interstate 35E and Houston Street, from 2:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Elm end Commerce streets, between I-35E and Houston, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Traffic will be rerouted to Reunion Boulevard or Continental Avenue. Beginning at 10 a.m., Dallas Area Rapid Transit will offer a free shuttle service. People may park at one of two areas and ride a DART bus to the 11:30 a.m. ceremony. Service will be available from Lot E at Reunion Arena, Hotel Street and Memorial Drive; and the USA parking lot at Commerce Street and Industrial Boulevard.
