President’s Letter,

Dear AzQHA Members,

The AzQHA Board is facing the challenges of a new decade. It’s a new year and a new decade. While many are making their annual resolu - tions, others are setting challenges for the New Year.

Change is inevitable, and we have certainly seen our share in the horse Arizona Quarter industry. Disciplines become popular and others fade away. Some Horse Association events grow, while others shrink. It is up to all of us to make sure that our 515 E. CAREFREE HWY sport not only survives but thrives. PMB#405 PHOENIX, AZ 85085 With the continued urbanization of America, fewer people are exposed (623) 869-8037 to agriculture, livestock, horses, or our way of life. Each of us can do a (623) 869-7676 fax small part to inform and promote equine sports. If the information does - n’t come from a horseman, it will come from animal rights groups, Holly - wood or some other well-meaning but uninformed source. I challenge all our members to get involved and make a difference one person at time. We have an amazing and unique sport, share it with someone.

Sincerely Brendan Brown Arizona Quarter Horse Association President
