• Initially a JCS based architecture was used for Workday Integration. • Jobs and Employees – both worker and supervisor data is extracted from Workday using Enterprise Integration Builder and published to Oracle’s SFTP cloud server • Java Cloud Service downloads data from Oracle’s SFTP, does basic validation of the files. • The Java program then calls SOAP web service to upload data to ERP Universal Content Management • It then calls HCM Data Loader service to load employees in to ERP cloud. • HCM Data Loader Data Set Summary provides the load status

• Jobs and Employees data is extracted from Workday using EIB and delivered to SFTP within Oracle • Integration Cloud Service downloads data from Workday’s SFTP, does basic mapping • A very simple orchestration in Integration cloud service then calls SOAP web service to upload data to ERP Universal Content Management • The orchestration then calls HCM Data Loader service to load employees in to ERP cloud. • This orchestration is currently at use in Stitch Fix.

Step 1: Create FTP connection with the following two steps a) Configure Connectivity

b) Configure Security and then test the connection.

Step 2: Create SOAP connection to load the file to UCM using generic cloud soap web service

Step 3:Create soap connection to Cloud HCM Data Loader soap web service, which will trigger Import and Load Data

Step 4:Create Simple Orchestration and perform Mappings for UCM upload

Step 5: Using HCM soap service adapter connection call ImportAndLoadData method, which uploads the data to Oracle cloud and triggers required process to load the file data into Oracle cloud tables.

• Workday adapter in Oracle Integration Cloud Service is used to extract the employees and jobs. • Integration Cloud Service then does basic transformation to generate HDL file. • A very simple orchestration in Integration cloud service then calls SOAP web service to upload HDL file to ERP Universal Content Management • The orchestration then calls HCM Data Loader service to load employees in to ERP cloud. • This orchestration will be live shortly at Stitch Fix.
