Terms and Conditions

 Members are required to have a valid credit card on file. Membership charges will occur the 5th Day of the month for the previous month. A member is welcome to pay by check or other means prior to the automatic charge.  Memberships are not transferable  An account will not be setup or honored until billing information has been verified  All charges to your account must be signed for in the Golf Shop at time of purchase  All members are required to register in the Golf Shop prior to teeing off  Guest greens fee discounts do not apply to contracted group activity  There may be some dates where tee times will be limited or not available due to tournaments or outings, notification of these events will be emailed to members  Merchandise discounts do not apply to items already marked down over 20%  Membership fees are non-refundable.  The Golf Club At Equinox reserves the right to modify this program at any time with out advanced notice.  You agree, to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel and its owner, and their respective members, partners, officers, agents, employees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, successors or assigns, from any damage, liability, loss, governmental charges or fines, costs, demands and causes of action (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of defense) arising out of or connected with the Function and to the extent caused by Your acts, errors or omissions in the performance of professional services, including all third party claims made by anyone for whom the You are legally liable.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Hotel is located. Notwithstanding termination or expiration of the Event, this Agreement shall continue to survive.

You acknowledge receipt and understanding of all the Hotel’s rules and regulations and hereby agree to abide by said rules and regulations during the performance of professional services at the Hotel.
