The aim of this mini-magazine is to promote and inspire quality leadership. Leadership is an underrated and often misunderstood quality. It is difficult to define but we know it when we see it and more importantly we recognise when leadership is not present. In this first edition we look at an unlikely leadership hero Miyamoto Musashi, the greatest samurai of all time victorious in over sixty duels. We look into the past to examine his teachings to find lessons in today's world. Leadership lessons can be learnt from anywhere even ancient samurais and to think otherwise is a myth. In this edition we look at some other common myths as well as some practical tips for Managers who are about to start their leadership Editor In Chief journey.
