Sirloin Swiss Sandwich

Pepper Crusted Sirloin

What You’ll Need: Cooking Instructions:

4 Rastelli’s Sirloin 1 — Begin by adding some oil to a sauté pan and Coulotte Steaks heat to medium. While the pan is warming, carefully season both sides of steaks with 1 c. Sirloin Steak Teriyaki

What You’ll Need: Cooking Instructions:

4 Rastelli’s Sirloin 1 — Begin by cooking white rice with Coulotte Steaks method of your choosing. While rice is cooking, heat sesame oil in a large sauté 1 Large White Onion* pan. Once warm, add peppers and onions and cook for approximately 5 minutes. 1 Large Red Pepper* 2 — Once soft and slightly crunchy, add 1 Large Green Pepper* teriyaki sauce and reduce to a simmer. Season steak with Rastelli signature 2 c. Teriyaki Sauce seasoning, then add to pan and cook for about 10 minutes until steak is tender. 1 Tbs Sesame Oil 3 — Plate white rice and top with teriyaki Rastelli Signature sirloin steak mixture. Optional: Garnish with Seasoning Packet scallions and sesame seeds for extra flavor.
