How to Cook THE PERFECT STEAK

SAUTÉ/FRY: Fire up a pan on medium heat and warm up a teaspoon of oil for 1 minute. Add additional seasonings of your choice. Lay the seasoned steak in the pan. Cook the steak for about 4 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness and desired temperature of steak.

OVEN : Preheat the oven to 450°F. Grab a heavy oven-safe (cast iron) pan and turn on the stove top burner to medium-high heat and warm up the skillet. Heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan and add desired seasonings. Sear the steak for about 1 minute on each side - this helps seal in the juices! Next, place the pan in the oven or transfer the steak to a cookie sheet and place in the oven. Roast the meat for 6-9 minutes, depending on thickness and desired temperature.

AIR FRYER: Set your at 400°F and pre-heat for 2 minutes. Spray your thawed with cooking spray on both sides or rub lightly with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper or desired seasoning. Place the steak in the cooking chamber and proceed to cook at 400 °F. For a rare steak, cook for 12 minutes, medium rare - 13 minutes, medium - 14 minutes, medium well - 16 minutes and well done - 18 minutes. STEAK PIZZAIOLA

INGREDIENTS: · 4 - 6 oz. Black Angus Sirloin Steaks · 4 Tbs. - Extra Virgin Olive Oil · Salt – To Taste · 1 Tbs. – Garlic (Chopped) · Pepper – To Taste · 1 Tbs. – Fresh Oregano (Chopped) · 8 oz. – Fresh Mozzarella (12 thin Slices) · 1 Cup – Prepared Tomato Sauce · 1 Cup - White Onion (Julienne) · 4 Tbs. – Balsamic Glaze · 1 Cup – Roasted Red Peppers (Julienne)

DIRECTIONS: Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a large sauté pan, heat half the olive oil over medium heat and add the sirloins and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes until browned or the desired temperature is reached.
