1 Timmermans Pêche Lambicus: 4% alc./vol. 25CL $9.00 Made by adding 100% natural peach flavouring to fermenting in oak barrels. This beer’s characteristic aroma is very pleasant on the nose, and it has a velvety flavour and a creamy foam.

Timmermans Strawberry: 4% alc./vol. 25CL $9.00 Its strawberry flavour confirms the nose’s impression, without being over-sweet, and is enhanced by a sence freshness, recalling those tiny green granules that are found around ripened strawberries.

Timmermans Oude : 4% alc./vol. 37CL $9.00 It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. Its special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation.

Chimay Red: 7% alc./vol. 75CL $22.00 It is noted for its coppery colour. Topped with a creamy head fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. It imparts a silky sensation to the tongue and is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.

3 Chimay White: 9% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 This beer with its typical golden colour, is slightly hazy and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma, which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast.

Chimay Blue: 9% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant.

Rodenbach Grand Cru: 6% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 This beer is a blend of “young” beer (33%) and an older beer (67%) that has matured in oak vats. Its high percentage of the older, ripened-in-oak beer, gives it the complex and intense bouquet with a very long aftertaste like a Grand Cru wine.

St. Bernardus Abt 12: 10.5% alc./vol. 75CL $24.00 The absolute top quality in the hierarchy of the St. Bernardus beers. A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation. Thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine aroma, the beer can be smoothly tasted. The Abt 12 has a very fruity flavour.

Belgian Coast Ipa: 8% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 Undergoing a second fermentation at a very low temperature for up to 6 weeks giving them a fine, sophisticated and delicious flavor.

Abbaye des Rocs Brune 9% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 Is a pure malt beer, with no added sugar. The entire range of tastes is directly linked to the double fermentation, the precise quantities of malts (7 types) as well as the mixtures of three kinds of hops (Belgian, German and Czech).

Abbaye des Rocs La Montagnarde 9% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 It has a fruity and spicy bouquet with a stark taste, between a sharp bitterness and a caramelised flavour. This no sugar, pure malt beer has complex flavours which all round off the bitterness.

Traquair Jacobite Ale, Scotland 8% alc./vol.33CL $9.00 Based on an eighteenth century recipe the ale is spiced with coriander which gives a remarkably fresh aftertaste.

Petrus Old Brown: 5.5% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 This beer is from Bavik that is aged for 18 months in antique wooden barrels and is then blended with new beer. It is pleasant sour and wine- like.

Petrus Blond. 6.6% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 Petrus Blond Ale is a top-fermented beer. Brewed with pure spring water and carefully selected hops and malts. This blond beer with its soft and full flavour is preferably served cool.

Kasteelbier Dark: 11% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 Brewed by Van Honsebrouck Brewery in celebration of Ingelmunster Castle and aged in the castle cellars, this is a mighty barley wine. It is port-like with notes of hessian, fresh bread, dried fruits and toffee.

Cuvée de ranke: 7% alc./vol. 75CL $25.00 A blend of 2 different sour ales…a Flemish red-brown ale produced by De Ranke and a lambic produced by Girardin resulting in a dry, sour ale with notes of green apple, lemon and sour grapes.

Kriek de ranke: 7% alc./vol. 75CL $25.00 A blend like the Cuvee, however, the red-brown ale is fermented and aged for 6 months with sour cherries resulting in a sour, tangy acidic brew with cherry, sour apple and balsamic notes.

Chateau Neubourg Pilsner: 5.5% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 An absolutely great beer, from Gulpener Brewery, Holland. Neubourg has a beautifully full flavour and a noble, hoppy bitterness. An initial refined acidity with tones of fruity blossom and soft herbal combinations from a wide aromatic barley structure, which grows fruitier through the long and intense finish.

Zeepzuiper Strong Pale Ale: 8.0% alc./vol. 33CL $9.00 This golden blond coloured beer is top fermented and referments in the bottle. Its flavour is rather malted, with a certain fruity and refreshing touch as a result of the use of coriander.

Wells Banana Bread Beer: 5.2% alc./vol. 50CL $9.00 Toasted grains and fresh-baked banana bread with notes of citrus and spice. Flavours of banana, toffee and spice are balanced by hops bitterness which builds to the finish.

Young’s Double Chocolate Stout: 5.0% alc./vol. 50CL $9.00 Frothy cream head; aromas of dark chocolate, mocha, caramel and vanilla; on the palate it is full bodied and moderately carbonated, with dark malt, herb and bitter chocolate flavours.
